Close to Zilker Park, Barton Springs, Town Lake, S. Congress, and more. Nearly 2,000 sq feet and recently renovated!

The Space:
Our two-story home has everything you need for a comfortable stay in a great neighborhood. Beautiful, large living space with pull-out sofa, kitchen, and dining area. Three full bedrooms upstairs, including a gorgeous master bedroom with luxury king bed, private bathroom and jacuzzi, and two bedrooms with a shared bathroom. The other bedrooms have queen beds. We also have a fenced backyard with patio, dining area and grill. You'll have a fully-stocked kitchen with high quality appliances, dishware, dishwasher, coffee maker, etc. Great for remote workers with multiple desks throughout the house. Washer/dryer and ample closets throughout make this a great choice for extended and short stays.

Guest Access:
You will have a personalized code to check-in via an electronic lock. We have one designated parking spot in the driveway. There is also plenty of free, safe street parking in the neighborhood.

The Neighborhood:
Zilker is one of the most popular neighborhoods in Austin - a beautiful, tree-filled part of the city just minutes away from downtown and near the best restaurants and shopping.

Getting Around:
There is one reserved parking spot in our driveway (off the small drive next to the fenced-in backyard). There is also ample street parking.

Our neighborhood is lovely to walk through, and there is a large park and playground just a few minutes away by foot. Otherwise, getting around Austin by car is very easy!

Other Things to Note:
This is an Austin family-owned home. Our place isn't operated by a big rental management company or owned by an investment group. We put a lot of thought and love into designing it and making it as comfortable for you as possible. We want you to have the best experience and enjoy your stay with us!
