The Space:

On the first floor: one master with a king bed and a private bathroom, the other one with a king bed and a bathroom next in the hallway. The living room is a spacious area with a TV with basic cable and access to the pool, a dining room for 8 people, and a large open kitchen with a countertop for 3 people. The garage is a fun room with several games, a gaming table, and a TV. Pool area with a dining table and the rest area with sun lounge chairs next to the pool.

Second Floor: A family room with a TV, video games, a sofa, and bean bags provides a great space to relax. A laundry area is located at the end of the hallway on the right. The floor includes two master bedrooms with king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms with showers; two children’s bedrooms with two twin beds each—one with a Frozen theme and the other with a Marvel theme—both with bathrooms featuring showers; one bedroom with two double beds and another bedroom with one queen bed, which share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. All rooms are equipped with Samsung Smart TVs (no cable service).

Whether you prefer to stretch out with a cool drink in hand or simply close your eyes and listen to the gentle sounds of the outdoors, our lounge pool chairs provide the ideal retreat and prepare meals for your group at the BBQ station. Upon entering this outdoor oasis, you'll be greeted by the glistening waters of our generously sized pool, it could be heated upon request. The pool area is adorned with lush, well-maintained landscaping, offering a perfect blend of privacy and natural beauty.



The outside cover area has comfortable and stylish furniture, designed to cater to your every need, for those moments when you desire an al fresco dining experience, our outdoor dining set awaits.

Enjoy extras like complimentary Wi-Fi, bathroom towels, linens, pool towels, and a full-size washer and dryer upstairs.

Upon request, we can provide a travel crib and a high chair for kids.



As a courtesy, we provide a welcome kit with toilet and cleaning items that include: dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, sponge, paper towel, garbage bags, toilet paper, bath gel, and shampoo. We will not be responsible for filling them during your stay.



Parking in front of the unit on the driveway, and street parking is not allowed, please note that trucks, campers, motor homes, trailers, boats, and boat trailers are prohibited from parking on the premises.



The house has NO access to the Water Park. You have access to the restaurant, convenience store, and ticket sales in the Clubhouse.



There is a Ring Camera next to the front door for your and our security, and a pool alarm next to the slider door to exit the pool area.



EXTRA FEES:

- Pets are Welcome! The pet fee is $150 per pet per stay.

- Pool Heater fee: $30 per day. The pool heater must be ordered and paid for 24 hours before your arrival date to have the pool fully heated. Heating times will take longer in colder temperatures.

- BBQ fee: $50 per stay, including cleaning and propane tank.



HOUSE RULES (please read carefully)

-Minimum booking age: Primary guest must be 25+ and may be asked to show ID.

-No smoking: Smoking/vaping is not permitted. $500 fine will be charged to the deposit if violated.

-No parties or events. Only registered guests are allowed on the property.

-Quiet hours: Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM.

-No food in bedrooms to help prevent pests and stains.

-No glass outdoors (pool/patio areas) for safety.

-Pool safety (strict): Children may not be left unattended at the pool at any time. An adult must supervise children at all times, and no unsupervised children are permitted in or near the pool—ever.

-Plumbing: Only flush toilet paper. Do not flush wipes (even “flushable”), feminine products, or paper towels. Any blockage or damage will be charged to the guest.

-Leave the inflatables outside the pool when you depart.

-Use the BBQ in the grass area at the side, never in the cover/ceiling area, and return it to the original place when you leave.

This property has easy access to I-4, and US 192.



Just very close outside the community is Orlando Tree Trek Adventure Park Zip line, and Publix Super Market, 7- Eleven, ALDI are more or less 4 miles away.



Getting Around:
