The place was perfect for me and my family. We used the kitchen alot for cooking and it provided all the cooking utensils needed even a crock pot!!! We had a slight issue with the ac and the owner was very prompt to fix the issue. We would use this person again for a future stay.

Best price it Orlando, you get a gated community. With a clubhouse that has everything you need, a movie theater which you can request what movies you want. A pool, plus a pool in your backyard. A tennis court/ volleyball court. A gym and an arcade. If you run out of milk or anything, they most likely have it in the club house. It’s a great place! The house was great, nice little pool in the back and all the bedrooms are nice sized. Would definitely highly recommend!

Clean rooms. Had raccoons in the area. Mattress topper was the wrong size for the bed. Heated pool didn't work and couldn't get anybody out until after our trip was over to look at it.

Overall, this property was just okay. Starting with the negatives, the pool on the property was really small. If you have a big family I definitely don’t recommend staying here. There were only 3 of us so it wasn’t a huge issue. The pool does seem to have some sort of slow leak and on the 3rd day, someone came by to fill it with a hose I’m assuming and made it really cold.The slider door that goes to the pool is broken and lets bugs in. There were lots of mosquitoes on the living room that we killed and then by the 3rd day we noticed an ant issue especially in the living room. In the living room and two of the bedrooms the TV remotes were dead.The washer really needs a good cleaning and the dryer was broken so after I washed my clothes o had to hang them.The shower hooks were all rusted which I was surprised by because that would be a cheap issue to solve.For positives, for us (just a family of 3) it was plenty of space. Like I read in the reviews there are lots of kitchen appliance options (blender, crockpot). There were 2 pool floats that my daughter enjoyed. Lots of towels for the pool and showers. This place is definitely cheap for the area, so based on what we got it wasn’t terrible. The neighborhood was extremely quiet. It’s a corner lot so there’s a lot of privacy and there is gated security. I don’t think we’ll stay here again though and we do come down every year.

I am sorry for the issues you experienced. We are addressing these right away, including repairing the slider door, replacing TV remote batteries, servicing the washer and dryer, and updating the shower hooks. Regarding the pool, it is intended more for relaxation than large groups, and we will clarify that in the listing. The refill you noticed was routine maintenance, though we will review how to minimize disruption. For any issues during a stay, we encourage guests to reach out. We would have been happy to resolve these quickly. We are actively working to improve the experience for future guests.

Nice vacation home in Windsor Palms

We were a family of 6 and stayed for 4 nights. The vacation home was perfect and in a good location with pool attached. While the property is little old and will need some maintenance, the host was very friendly and approachable. We were surprised by the personal welcome note. Also when contacted the host to switch on the heater for pool, he was not selfish, by referring me to the community pool, which had a vast heated pool and jacuzzi. We had a good time overall.

Great location, very clean!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. Communication from start to finish was excellent and the house was perfect for our needs. There was an issue with the pool, unfortunately, so we were unable to enjoy that for the most part. (It was warm one day only.) It would have been nice to have, but did not ruin our trip. Would definitely recommend to others and would stay here again on our next DIsney vacation. :)

Underwelming rental experience

Our family has stayed at quite a few vacation rental properties and have been thoroughly impressed with all of them. This rental (while in a nice location and neighborhood) had so many things wrong with it. Many of the things in the house were broken and just laying around which could actually pose danger to both children and adults including: large door for laundry room just propped against wall, electric sockets that had fallen off, electrical cables draped across room, open windows in bedrooms that didn't close. All of the pillows are incredibly flat and we actually went and bought a few from a local store to use (and left them there for future guests). Additionally the bedroom that is supposed to have 2 beds in it, the beds were pushed together to make one giant bed, which if you have kids, like we do, can turn into an issue when they want to sleep by themselves. I intentionally book places with 3 beds so they can all have their own, without fighting. The dishes we pulled out of the cabinet for our kid's breakfasts were all still very wet and half of them were dirty (not sure if it has anything to do with the detergent dispenser door being missing in the dishwasher or not). We stopped trying to use them and used paper towels instead. Additionally the coffee machine does not really work and should definitely be replaced. The AC/Heater control had a password on it that we had to call property management to get a code to even change it, then when we changed the temperature it would change back to 50 degrees automatically after a few hours. The "pool" in the photos of the unit is pretty deceiving as it is more of a hot tub size rather than an actual pool. Regardless it looked like it was leaking and was almost completely empty by the time we checked out. As noted above this condo is in a nice neighborhood and does have great potential, it just could use some attention to keeping the property up.

We are sorry to hear about your experience in our townhome. We have on-site property management at this rental. If you had left us a message about any of your queries, we could have fixed it in a matter of hours. Had we known about about the laundry door wheel pop out we could have easily set things right. This was a back to back booking the day after Christmas and our cleaning crew left a note that things have just been cleaned due to the 4 hour turnaround time. The pool is a splash pool as noted in our listing and again we have on site pool maintenance to take care of it. We take pride in our property and have addressed every one of the items after your checkin. We take customer service and satisfaction very seriously and we hope to strive for the best.

I had a great extended stay at this property near Disney World. The home was comfortable, well-maintained, and had everything I needed throughout my visit. The location was excellent, making it easy to get to the parks and nearby attractions. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely book this property again in the future.

Cleaning

Needs good over all cleaning, cobwebs, carpets and the area rug should be replaced. The lamps in the living room need repair or replacing and burned out light bulbs need replacing with all the same type bolbs. LED's would be good!! Other wise we enjoyed our stay, next time a single story house!!

Thank you for your feedback. The home has undergone several upgrades and after the pandemic, we have a new cleaning company. I have personally spent some time last month at the property to ensure we are up to premium standards.

It's just okay.

Nothing fancy, so if you're looking for fancy decor, there are better choices. If all you need is a place to sleep, shower, and relax, while you attend the area's amusement parks, then this is your place. The bathrooms were clean, there are plenty of towels and bed linens; all the appliances work, the beds were comfortable, and the community amenities are great. Although we didn't use the unit's pool, it did look clean and well maintained; it was nice to sit out on the lanai and soak up the Florida sun. It was very quite and private because it is an end unit with a conservation easement. It was a short walk to the amenities. The management company was responsive to some minor issues. However, if you want to prepare meals you'll find the kitchen lacking many items. For example, there was no can opener, no corkscrew, no potholders, no filter for the coffee maker (a surprise for us on Sunday morning), no napkin holder, no measuring cups, and many other "would-be-nice-to-have" items. The kitchen itself is over-crowded because of the large kitchen table. It would be better to have a smaller round one and even move it to a corner of the living room. While we were there, the owner was visiting his properties in the area and asked to see this unit. We pointed out its shortcomings and he took our prepared list of issues we felt needed attention. He appeared to take the comments seriously and thanked us for our effort so we're confident that he'll make the necessary changes.

Beautiful & Roomy

We had the opportunity to stay at one of the town houses in Windsor Palms. It was a beautiful two-story, three bedroom, three bathroom place. It was only a short drive to the Disney parks. It had it's own small private pool as well as a community resort pool but we did not use either because we were too busy with other activities. Clean and nicely decorated. It was so nice to come back to a comfy, homey place after a full day of excursions. I would definitely recommend this to others looking for nice place to stay in Kissimmee.
