The pool is open from June to mid-October, with a spacious gazebo, comfy loungers, and a Traeger grill for outdoor dining. Please bring your own wood pellets for the grill. French doors open from the primary and twin bedrooms, plus the living room, connecting the indoors to the outdoors. Savor homegrown herbs and fruits in this peaceful garden. Parking is available in the driveway, plus ample street parking. Walk to the nearby lightrail! The home also offers 110 and 220 power/RV hookups at the front.

Please note that we do not have a traditional oven, but we do have a cooktop, a microwave, and a 7-in-1 convection toaster oven that can air fry, bake, toast, broil, dehydrate, and warm.

Notes

Our pool is open from April 29th to September 29th for the season. Dive in, cool off, and enjoy relaxing summer days by the water.

Please know that our home runs on an evaporative cooler, that is effective and comfortable. This is a common cooling method in Colorado. Our home does not have a central AC system.

Once a week, our team will stop by to take out the trash. They won’t enter the home. You might also see snow removal in winter or lawn and pool care in summer. These visits may or may not fall during your stay.

NO SMOKING: Smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $500.
