Maison située à la campagne, entourés de jardins méditerranéens avec pelouse et palmeras.Para profiter d'une paisible et cómodas.Bañarse dans la piscine, un barbecue ... Très bien situé pour la randonnée pédestre, golf, VTT .. et proche de la mer pour profiter de ses eaux cristallines et bronzer. Convient pour les amateurs de photographie Maison naturaleza.La est rustique style majorquin avec des équipements modernes pour un séjour confortable. Il possède deux usines dans les trois premières chambres (une avec lit double et salle de bains avec jacuzzi et deux avec deux lits chacune) et une terrasse où vous pourrez apprécier le calme et une vue paisible et agréable de l'montagnes et la vallée rez couchers de soleil, c'est la cuisine moderne avec salle à manger, salon avec TV et une grande salle à manger et une salle de bains. Le porche a un barbecue d'été et salle à manger donnant sur la piscine.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Villa. Beautiful views and so peaceful. Kids and adults loved the pool. Shady spots in the garden for when it’s hot. Tranquil rustic Spanish Villa we would definitely use again

Great villa and location

Lovely villa with three good-sized bedrooms (which all have effective air conditioning and amazing views). Fantastic views also from the terrace and the nicely-kept garden. The swimming pool is well placed next to to the terrace, which has comfortable seating. It's a five minute drive along tarmac roads into Pollenca where parking is free. Lots of lovely restaurants there, and the Sunday market was great. Cala San Vincent (very close by) was great to visit, although the highlight trip for us was the Rafa Nadal museum and Drachs caves in the south east (about an hour's drive). We had a fantastic two weeks at the villa.

Maison pour 6 personnes très bien localisée, très agréable à vivre, voiture obligatoire. L’île de Majorque est très grande, cette localisation est parfaite pour accéder en 15/20 min aux premières plages Sant Vicenç, Formentor, Pollença, et Alcúdia. Centre ville de Polença très joli, les remparts d’Alcudia aussi. Il fait 40 min pour rejoindre Palma

Empfehlenswert

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Finca. Jeden Morgen der Blick auf die Berge und die Ruhe dort an der Finca - fast schon unbezahlbar. Die Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern war hervorragend. Alles funktionierte über WhatsApp. Der Besitzer war ein paar Mal da um den Garten zu reinigen und den Pool zu säubern, und das alles ziemlich unauffällig. Bei Einzug in der Finca, waren schon zwei Flaschen Wein, sowie Wasser bereitgestellt. Zweimal stand frisch geerntetes Gemüse vom Besitzer auf der Veranda, nachdem wir vom Ausflug zurückgekehrt sind. Also alles top ! Haben den Aufenthalt dort in vollen Zügen genossen. Pool, Grill, Veranda, Finca selbst, alles super und sauber. Einziger Kritikpunkt, keine Mückengitter an den Fenstern. Aber das wäre jammern auf hohem Niveau. Ich kann die Finca empfehlen. Vielleicht kommen wir ja nochmal wieder. Viele Grüße an die Besitzer.

Wunderbar ruhig gelegene kleine Finca

Sonninge Herbsttage Ende Oktober, Ausgangspunkt zum Wandern in der Nord-Ostecke der Insel ideal, zum Schwimmen im Pool zu kaltes Wasser, Haus war gut, aber schlicht ausgestattet. Leider quälten uns die Mücken (keine Insektenschutzgitter). Nach Pollenca kann man locker zu Fuß gehen.

entspannter Familienaufenthalt

Wir hatten einen sehr ruhigen, entspannten Urlaub in der Villa Can Xavier. Die Lage ist sehr schön im Grünen gelegen nicht zu weit außerhalb des nicht überlaufenen Städtchens Pollenca. Das Wetter Ende September, Anfang Oktober war sommerlich warm, der Pool gut gepflegt, warm und einladend mit flacherem und tiefem Bereich. Leider hatte es zu dieser Zeit extrem viele Stechmücken. Die Schlafzimmer haben alle Klimaanlagen aber leider keinen Moskitoschutz. Den mussten wir selbst mit Vorhanggewebe an den Fenstern herstellen. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist ausreichend gut, das Geschirr sollte aber besser auf Sauberkeit kontrolliert werden. Alles in allem ein sehr gutes Feriendomizil für Familie mit Kindern.

Ruhig und gemütlich

Das Haus hat war sauber und gemütlich und hatte einen wunderbaren Ausblick. Der Pool hatte die perfekte Größe und wurde von uns allen häufig genutzt. Auf der überdachten Terasse konnte man es auch bei über 30°C gut aushalten. Die Straße zwischen Pollenca und dem Haus wirkte am Anfang sehr eng, man gewöhnte sich mit der Zeit aber daran und es gab doch viel mehr Möglichkeiten aneinander vorbeizufahren, als es ursprünglich aussah. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett.

Amazing location

The property was in an excellent location a car will be needed but everything is in a 10-20 minute drive for some beautiful beaches and places to visit. The local town is lovely very traditional offers great little cafes, restaurants and shops. Best place to start your exploring is from the town square. Sundays is market day Pollenca market is much better than the one on a Wednesday in Porto Pollenca. The property is just like the listing it was easy to book and good directions to the villa. Might be worth noting that we arrived very late so did not have anyone to meet us but the key was left for entry. It would be helpful to have a sign just by the entrance to confirm the villa as we weren’t sure if we had entered the right place.To wake in the morning to a beautiful view and well kept gardens was perfect. We have loved our time here and found it difficult to leave. Definitely a place to come and spend more time and explore further.

Beautiful setting

We are giving Can Xavier 5 stars for the outside area alone and for dealing with Carolina and Xavier.The house is situated in a valley and the scenery with the mountains all around is beautiful.We loved the garden and enjoyed watching and listening to the birds and spotting some Hummingbird Hawk Moths and colourful butterflies.The outdoor area is large with plenty of places to sit and get shade when needed.There is also a hammock that you can move under a tree and just chill in the shade.There are neighbouring houses but you are not overlooked in the garden and by the pool.It was quiet and peaceful mostly apart from the usual farm noises and neighbours dogs at times.The house is a rustic farmhouse.There are very few house supplies as stated by other visitors - just a few dishwasher tablets.There was some lovely Cava and beer and water in the fridge for us.There are no house instructions but whatever you cannot figure out for yourself , you will be able to contact Carolina on Whatsapp.We would recommend hiring a car to see the Port of Pollenca,the old town in Alcudia and even Pollenca town as the roads into the village are very narrow and windey and there are no footpaths.Nearly all the TV stations are German with no subtitles and the English ones are all news channels.You should try to do the 365 Calvari steps in Pollenca as the climb is worth the views.We really enjoyed our 17 days at Can Xavier.

Der perfekte Ort für entspannte Familienferien

Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war bestens. Wir haben uns über die Willkommenspresente (Wein,Bier,Saft,..) gefreut. Die Finca, der Garten, der Pool und Umgebung entsprachen der Inseratbeschreibung vollumfänglich. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und können diese Finca weiter empfehlen.

Ruhige Finca in schönem Garten und toller Lage

Wir waren mit unserem Urlaub im Gesamten sehr zufrieden. Die Finca hat uns alles geboten was dazu gehört: großer sauberer Pool zum sofort reinspringen oder kurze Strecken zum Meerbaden, schön gestalteter Garten mit Bergblick in allen Richtungen und somit auch nahe Wege zum Wandern. Aber auch Pollenca und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind schnell erreicht. Dies trotz absolut ruhiger Lage. Abends haben wir fast nur gegrillt, da der Ess- und Grillbereich außen sehr gemütlich und zentral gelegen ist. Vor allem aber auch dank der wöchentlichen Lieferung in Form von Obst und Gemüse aus dem eigenen Garten von Javier. An dieser Stelle noch viele herzliche Grüße und ein großes Dankeschön für Alles! :) Die Finca ist an alle weiter zu empfehlen, die gerne in der Natur sind, aber jederzeit auch die Möglichkeit haben wollen etwas zu unternehmen. P.S.: bei der Ankunft wurden wir sogar damit überrascht, dass der Kühlschrank bereits mit Wasser, Wein, Bier und Saft gefüllt war!

Idyllic villa with mountain views

We had a fantastic holiday at Villa Can Xavier. The villa itself is very well equipped and set in lovely, well maintained gardens with spectacular views of the surrounding mountains. It is quiet and peaceful yet only a 5 minute drive from Pollensa town and a 10/15 minute drive from the beaches at Cala St Vicente and Puerto Pollensa. We were very well looked after by the owner Xavier and Margarita. Xavier even brought us fresh fruit and vegetables from his own garden. The covered verandah provided a lovely setting for breakfast lunch and dinner with a good BBQ area and sitting area which we used every day and was great for taking a break from the sun. The pool was a good size and well maintained and we went swimming every day. Pollensa town itself is beautiful and has some great restaurants, cafes and shops. We will definitely return to Pollensa and hope to stay at Villa Can Xavier the next time we visit

An excellent property in an outstanding location

Three of us thoroughly enjoyed our four-night stay in this 3-bed villa. The pool sits in a quiet, well planted garden with wider views of the hills and the beginning of the Tramuntana. The setting is rural but the centre of Pollenca with its golden stone buildings and numerous restaurants is no more than five minutes by car or 30 minutes on foot. Puerta de Pollenca , no more than 15 minutes away, offers an outstanding beach particularly well suited for children and restaurants of all kinds. The house is comfortable and extremely well equipped. A minor quibble: the main bathroom on the first floor serves both as an ensuite for the main bedroom and as a family bathroom. The second bathroom on the ground floor is functional but more limited. Allin all a house to recommend and go back to.

Die Lage der Finca ist hervorragend. Absolut ruhig, mitten in der Natur und trotzdem mit dem Auto nur 5 Minuten von Pollença entfernt. Der Garten und der Pool sind sehr schön. Die Vermieter waren jederzeit erreichbar und waren bei den Check-In und Check Out-Zeiten unkompliziert und entgegenkommend. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen.

We stayed here this July/August and were really excited after the reviews and pictures. On arrival it was clear that the property was once a loved family home, sadly however the property no longer feels like it has any care or attention given to it. There are loose paving stones, dodgy cookers just to begin! The electrics are actually a liability and need sorting out! the landing light "fizzes" strongly suggesting loose wiring! the main trip circuit board has a post it note on stating how to reset the electrics in case of power failure. YOU WILL NEED TO LEARN TO USE THIS LOTS! Every time we used more than one appliance (dishwasher and microwave for example) the power cut out! this happened 2-4 times a day on average and was problematic! We went out one day leaving the washing machine and dishwasher on only to arrive back to no power and a warmed fridge! I brought this to teh attention of hte owner who said "Okay. Thanks for letting me know. We will consider it." Our stay was for two weeks, during this time we on ly had the pool cleaned once (which given the number of local insects and leaves that seemed to love a swim) was not really great as although we happily skim the top with a net, the floor was covered in foliage! The pool itself was cloudy by the end of the two weeks and really needed a bit of care! After our first week we asked about replacement bedding and towel, something which is a given in villa rental, and we were answered with "Hello, We don't usually change the sheets if the stay is less than 15 days. But no problem, on Monday we will go to put new towels and sheets. What time is the best to leave the house free for a couple of hours? Thank you. " so be mindful if you want fresh bedding and are not there for months you need to ask! ANTS!! oh my days ANTS! I have never seen so many ants in my life! I have been to villas and indeed owned one historically in Mallorca and understand ants are a a part of life but this place is next level! they were everywhere ! I mean everywhere! deep through the veins of the house, we found them in the underwear drawers in two of the rooms! in the lounge, the bathrooms up and down and outside we were spraying killer every hour or so! this made outdoor eating a nightmare and sadly we seldom did so due to this!

I just want to answer some accusations. We respect the opinions of our clients, of course, and if you have not liked our house there is nothing to object to. The problem is that they are not true. So yes we believe we should clarify some points. From the outset we felt that your complaints were more aimed at getting some kind of compensation, but you saw that there were no reasons. The electrical system works perfectly. The problem arises, when you intend to have several air conditioners running + dishwasher, oven, the three hobs of the ceramic hob, the fridge, all at the same time ... then it does go off because in rural areas not as much power is granted as you would like . But it was clear to us that you are one of those who leave and leave several air conditioners on all day for when you return to have the house cool. But that is wasteful. And if all the clients did the same, it would be a serious problem for the planet and the eoconomy. In the field, you, thank God, will always find fallen tree leaves and insects. But if you leave leftover food on the barbecue, as was the case, the ants will appear quickly. There are no ants in the rooms and you know it. The change of towels and sheets is not included in the contract. Your comment is very unfair. I understand that you will not like the house, but it is not a reason to write this text that does not correspond to the truth.

Heerlijk! Totaal ontspannen

Wij hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Onze kinderen vonden het zo fijn dat ze eigenlijk heel de dag bij het huis bleven. Heerlijk zwemmen, in de tuin spelen en savonds lekker bbqen! We komen zeker terug! De omgeving en het uitzicht zijn prachtig!

An excellent property in a fabulous location

We were warmly greeted by Xavier and his daughter on arival. The villa is very spacious and well equipped, with everything we needed for our month-long stay. The peaceful, rural, location suited us ideally. We enjoy walking and there were various short walks we could do straight from the door, while the centre of Pollensa is about thirty minutes away on foot. The icing on the cake was the exceptional weather: one of the warmest Februaries on record, I believe, and in marked contrast to the same month the previous year. We are very regular visitors to Pollensa and would happily stay here again.
