We stayed here in April 2026 for the Stagecoach Festival so prices were quite elevated. It's a basic accommodation without a lot of bells and whistles or personal touches but it did the job. THE CONS: There was dust in the corners and some stains on the walls and the furniture is a bit outdated and worn. The bath linens are quite old and mismatched, and there's a decent amount of clutter around and in drawers. We also had to put the patio furniture cushions on ourselves and the patio tables/chairs had not been cleaned in some time. There were 7 forks total, and we had a group of 7 so we constantly had to handwash them. The master does not have blackout shades so it becomes very bright at sunrise. There were also no bath toiletries whatsoever. None of us brought body soap with us (as this is usually provided) so we ended up having to use hand soap in the shower. This is clear in the pictures, but it's important to realize that the 3rd "bedroom" has no doors and only a curtain on two sides for privacy. THE PROS: The beds were VERY comfortable. And beyond the lack of forks, the kitchen is VERY well outfitted with everything you could possibly need to make a meal, including lots of electric gadgets. The back patio is also lovely, and we enjoyed sitting out there. And the host is very responsive and accommodating. It looks like the prices are quite reasonable during non-festival season, so if you were paying 1/3 of what we did, none of the "cons" might bother you for the price. ;)
