Our apartments are located in the vibrant and safe Jersey City Heights neighborhood, offering an easy and direct commute to New York City. The exact address will be shared upon booking confirmation. (We're near the corner of Sherman Ave and Manhattan Ave.)

* Ideal for working professionals, families, or anyone relocating to the area

Rental Period
* Minimum stay: 29 days (in accordance with Jersey City rental regulations)
* Long-term stays are super welcome!

* Living Room: Cozy sofa, 50" smart TV, storage drawers
* Kitchen: Fully stocked with cooking essentials, full-size appliances, and a dining table for 6
* Bedrooms:
* Master Bedroom: King-size bed, dresser
* Second Bedroom: Full-size bed, closet
* 12" premium mattresses in all rooms for extra comfort

Essentials & Supplies
We provide:
* Starter supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc.)
* After that, guests are responsible for replenishing as needed to help keep our rates low

Laundry
- Washer and dryer available in the building's 1st floor, just one wall apart from the unit ($50/month laundry fee)

Luggage Storage Option: You may store bags by the kitchen after 11 AM. Please knock first in case the previous guest is still checking out. A cable lock is recommended to secure bags.
