Welcome to Larsen Lake Retreat! Our home is perfectly designed for two families to have ample space. There are two floors, each with a living area, two bedrooms, and a full bathroom. The game room and access to the hot tub are on the first floor. There are fireplaces on each floor to keep you warm and toasty. A large porch on the second floor offers plenty of seating and a propane grill for meals with your family. Each upstairs bedroom has its own access to the large upper porch.

*We recently waterproofed the area under the porch so you can enjoy the hot tub and seating area even in the rain and snow!

**Pets must be pre-approved and there is a fee associated with a pet stay. Please contact us before adding to your reservation.

Entire home and yard (.5 acres of private wooded space to explore). Enter the home through the first-floor entrance leading to the bottom floor and arcade room. There is access to the house via the upper deck slider doors as well. Staircases lead to the upper deck on the side of the house. A maximum of four cars is permitted.

Big Bass Lake strictly regulates the number of people that can be in our vacation property and that number must be properly reflected on your reservation. A maximum of four cars is permitted.

Guests must be 25 and over to book our home.

Guests must fill out a rental agreement form for the community with all first and last names of those who are staying. Details are provided once booked.

There is a pool AND two lakefront beaches within a short drive from our property. You can purchase a pass from the community association office (239 Foxfarm Rd, Gouldsboro) or the Clubhouse at the pool when you arrive. Basketball courts and tennis courts also require a community amenities pass.

Pricing for the community passes:
Weekday pass: $8 per person per day
Weekend or holiday: $10 per person per day.
Week pass: $30 (non holiday), $50 (holiday)
Children under 7 are free

NOTE: The speed limit within the community is 25mph and is strictly enforced.
Over 25 MPH - $150
Over 30 MPH - $175
Over 35 MPH - $200
Over 40 MPH - $225
Additional $25 for each 5 MPH over

Guests are responsible for any speeding fines.

There are also two nearby docks, one across the street from our house, and one at Larsen Lake, where you can launch kayaks, canoes, fish, etc.

*Please note, our house is in the woods. You may see an insect here and there! We treat regularly but also depend on guests to keep dishes out of the sink and trash taken out of all trash cans at the end of your stay, which will help keep critters away!

**Our house has a residential water heater. Please do not run the hot water for too long. We recommend 2-3 showers then waiting an hour for additional showers or dishes. Otherwise, otherwise hot water may run out.
