Located in the gold star , 4 season gated community, The Hideout, our home has 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. In total the house comfortably sleeps 10. The house is only 10 years old and was recently painted and all furniture is brand new.

The house is open concept featuring a fully stocked kitchen ( pots, pans, utensils, baking sheets, blender, waffle maker, air fryer, toaster oven, kids plates, and more!), propane fireplace, 6 smart TVs!!, 4 distinct hangout areas besides the bedrooms, high speed internet, washer/dryer,
There is also a large deck in the back with Weber grill, multiple seating areas, and firepit area off the driveway, parking for up to 4 cars. There is also a brand new hot tub, which is professionally cleaned in advance of your stay!

There is a ton to do in the area! Claws n’ paws animal park , ritters winery (enjoy some live music), ritters cider mill, pocono axe, skiing ( Shawnee and Montage are close by), tons of hiking trails and so much more!

We are kid friendly with high chair, pack n play, and plastic dishes available, also full playroom in the basement. The house also has air hockey, and foosball.
Dogs allowed on case by case basis!
The Hideout has a TON of amentities including 2 heated pools, 2 beaches, lakes, indoor and outdoor tennis, pickleball, an art center, 9-hole golf course, game room, gym, mini golf, golf simulator, clubhouse restaurant, ski hill, and

****Please Note: This home is located in a secured, gated, private community. You will need to fill out a rental contract that will be sent to you by our property manager. This will need to be completed and signed, (to include the names, ages, addresses and relationships to you for all of your guests) for entrance into the community. This will need to be completed within 72 hours of your arrival or the community will assess a $100 late fee that you will be responsible for. You may not exceed the max amount of people allowed and there are no more than 4 cars allowed in the driveway. No other guests can visit the lot while you are there. Items provided in the home to include games, appliances etc. are subject to change without notice.

Please note that there are 3 outdoor security cameras at this property , they are not hidden and can be found in the front of the house, on the deck, and in the back of the house ( the hot tub is in view of this camera). The cameras are only checked when the home is empty or if information is required during a guests stay ( report of loud noise or partying or if something is damaged).
