The space
You must be 25 years or older to rent our property. If you wish to book for more than 28 days, a lease agreement will be required.

• Bedrooms: 3 bedrooms with queen beds and a king bed in the master, plus a futon-style sleeper sofa in the living room (best for kids as it is not very wide). The master bedroom also has a 55" Roku TV.
• Bathrooms: 2 full bathrooms stocked with complimentary starter toiletries.
• Living Area: Open-concept layout with a comfy sofa, 75" Roku TV, and stylish, moody décor.
• Bonus Room: Cozy fireplace lounge with an accent chairs—perfect for relaxing, reading, or listening to music.

This home sits in a nice and quiet community in northeast Jackson. However, it only takes about 10 minutes to get into the downtown area.
Other things to note
The state of Mississippi requires a lodging tax to be collected in the amount of 8% on each rental. This will be added to your bill.

YOU ARE ONLY GIVEN A SMALL STARTER SUPPLY OF TOILET PAPER, DISHWASHING TABS, SOAP, SHAMPOO, CONDITIONER, ETC. YOU CAN PLAN AHEAD BY BRINGING WHAT YOU NEED FROM HOME OR SHOPPING AT THE LOCAL GROCERY THAT IS ONLY 1 MILE AWAY. WE DO NOT SUPPLY PANTRY ITEMS FOR YOUR SAFETY AND HEALTH. HOWEVER, THE KITCHEN IS FULLY EQUIPPED WITH POTS AND PANS, DISHES, GLASSES ETC FOR ENJOYING COOKING AT HOME. ALL LINENS /TOWELS ARE PROVIDED. THANK YOU FOR YOUR COOPERATION.
