First of all, thank you for choosing to stay at our property. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you experienced during your stay. Regarding the towels, I checked with our housekeeper, who confirmed that a total of 18 towels were provided. We also have a washer and dryer available for your convenience should you need to do laundry during your stay. As for the soap dispenser, our housekeeper may have overlooked refilling it to the maximum level; however, the dispenser was not left empty. We apologize for any misunderstanding this may have caused. Regarding your request for assistance, your stay coincided with Labor Day weekend, when many people were traveling and taking advantage of the long weekend. This made it more challenging to arrange immediate assistance. For this reason, I offered to reimburse you for the cost of purchasing the item yourself if needed. We appreciate your feedback and regret any inconvenience you may have experienced. Thank you for your understanding.

It is unfortunate that you felt disappointed of our property. FIRST, you didn't stay and SECOND, we sent us a full refund. I understand that our housekeeper may have failed to meet the best standard in cleaning, a thing we already discussed with her but trashing our property with all nasty words is so unfair to us considering that we didn't get a single penny from your canceled reservation. Luckily, a group of individuals who booked through Airbnb and stayed May 18-20 doing some documentary and filming inside and outside the house gave us a 5 star rating. How I wish I could also share a screenshot to show everyone that your accusation is not all true but I acknowledged that we have fell short in some aspects and a thing that has been corrected.

Julian and his group were one of the best guests we ever have. So easy to deal with. Communication was excellent and they kept the place in great shape. Always welcome to stay.
