Cet appartement dispose de 3 chambres de bonne taille 2 chambres avec lits queen size et 1 avec un lit king size et un grand espace de rangement

Le salon est un endroit idéal pour se détendre aprÚs une journée de découverte de la région. Nous offrons la télévision avec le cùble de base et Netflix

Nous avons une cuisine de bonne taille avec café, thé, autres boissons et collations gratuites. S'il vous plaßt n'hésitez pas à utiliser n'importe quoi pour préparer un petit déjeuner ou un déjeuner avant de vous diriger vers la porte.

Il y a une salle de bains récemment rénovée dans l'appartement avec une baignoire.

Overall very comfortable and clean stay. Street Parking was easy for me for our weekend trip. The beds were super comfy and plenty of space for a family of 5. Rules were simple and check in/out was a breeze. Balcony was cute and had a sunset view with direct access to the restuarant downstairs. Thank you very much for the hospitality.

This was a beautiful, clean place. Property manager was great! Responds very quickly. Great location for visiting Salem & Boston. Plenty of room for a group of 6. Our only complaints were that we were unaware that it was located on the 3rd floor, with 2-90 degree turns to make it up the narrow stairs. I wouldn’t recommend staying here with small children, elderly or if you have knee problems. The stairs were tricky to navigate with suitcases. Also, there was no designated parking space AND You must know how to parallel park.

The property was great! However, the communication on parking was not so much. First, we didn't know where to park, no instructions were given. Then on the morning of our flight, our rental car was towed! After walking over a mile and $250 later in towing and fines, we were able to get our rental car back and barely made it to the airport. Made for a horrible morning and experience!

I was very pleased with the communication between me and the property manager. The space was cozy and accessible to other locations. I would definitely recommend this property if you’re planning on staying close to Boston. The drive was maybe 15 minutes to Boston.

Great location and host

This property was well appointed and well kept. In-person experience matched the descriptions and pictures. Host was very easy to get in touch with and responded quickly to questions. If we return to the Boston area this will definitely be near the top of the list to stay at again.

Apartment is nice, and location is ok. Quite an easy trip into town and a mix of nice local places and some not so nice. Very accommodating host and quick to respond to queries. Would recommend if you are happy not being in the centre of Boston for your stay

Everything we needed!

Anisha’s place was very clean and pretty spacious for our group of 6 adults! We liked being down the road from the casino and only a 15 minute drive to downtown. Anisha was very easy to communicate with, would recommend!

Location on Main St so noisy with buses, cars and emergency vehicles. Amenities include dryer but they have attached Velcro to close dryer which does not work so to dry the clothes you must lean against dryer door to keep it closed until you are done, in my case 45 minutes. They say parking available, but should say “street parking available, with restricted weekday hours”. Took our shoes off when we arrived, but socks got so dirty on floors we put shoes back on. We left 2 days early, would not recommend this apartment, save your money.

Beautiful stay!

This was the perfect place for us to stay while I was working in Everett. Our host was so kind and quick to reply to any questions. Prior to our stay she made sure she had a pack n play set our for us. The house is close to lots of bakeries and shops and we were able to walk to some parks with our girls. Make sure to let her know if you will have a car so they can provide directions. Will stay here again!

RODENT/MICE INFESTATION

The first few days were OK as we ordered take out, however as soon as we brough groceries in the unit - the MICE appeared - chewed thru all of our breads/bagels and got into cereal boxes.They even climbed on the counters while we were cooking dinner.....they were also on the couch. We cut our visit short by 5 days and found somewhere else to stay. Even though the Host said "this was the first time she's heard of this" - there were rodent traps outside we noticed upon departure.

What a lovely stay. The pictures are not an exaggeration. Beautiful, clean place. Wonderfully appointed kitchen and dining area. And yes!!!! There is a washer and dryer full size!!! Communication was excellent.

It was a great location with so many options around us. The apartment was cozy,spacious and with the necessary amenities for a long stay. Our hosts we're great,if we needed anything they were there for us. Overall great stay,rooms were nice and the balcony was great for kicking back after a long day at work. Highly recommend this place to those who want to visit Boston. Oh yeah the casino is around the corner.

WARNING: listing misrepresents parking availability

The apartment itself is nice and felt comfortable. However, the hosts unapologetically lie about parking availability in the listing:- the "parking spots" they have available is actually the outdoor dining patio of the downstairs restaurant, and is only available when the restaurant is closed (10:30pm-11am) - so no, you do not have the ability to park your car whenever you need.- it is supposedly 2 spots - one for each apartment they rent. However, to fit both bars they must be on the sidewalk a bit - which the hosts direct you to do. We were ticketed for being on the sidewalk.- we ended up needing to use vacation time to go to City Hall to get visitor parking passes for street parking because you cannot park on any streets in Everett overnight without a pass (careful - even if it doesn't say that on the signs! we got towed!)The hosts are unwilling to take any acountability for the parking misrepresentation.Also, it may be helpful to know that the apartment is a 2-flight walkup - they should say that in the listing.

Great Place but Bring Slippers!

We had a small celebration for my sister's Bachelorette party here with a few of her friends and my mother. Overall, we loved the location being so near to Encore Casino, communication with the host was fantastic, a beautiful fireplace and it had absolutely everything we needed for a fun night-in. My only issue was how slippery the floors were. They look incredibly clean, but there must be some sort of polish on them that makes it dangerous. At first it was fun, but by the end of the first night, two girls had fallen and seriously injured their knees/ankles. The second and third days, we decided to just keep our shoes on inside to prevent further injury. So book this place, but bring your slippers!
