Cet appartement dispose de 3 chambres de bonne taille 2 chambres avec lits queen size et 1 avec un lit king size et un grand espace de rangement

Le salon est un endroit idéal pour se détendre après une journée de découverte de la région. Nous offrons la télévision avec le câble de base et Netflix

Nous avons une cuisine de bonne taille avec café, thé, autres boissons et collations gratuites. S'il vous plaît n'hésitez pas à utiliser n'importe quoi pour préparer un petit déjeuner ou un déjeuner avant de vous diriger vers la porte.

We had a great time and enjoyed the stay! The restaurant below was conveniently located for a late dinner prior to turning in for the night.

Location on Main St so noisy with buses, cars and emergency vehicles. Amenities include dryer but they have attached Velcro to close dryer which does not work so to dry the clothes you must lean against dryer door to keep it closed until you are done, in my case 45 minutes. They say parking available, but should say “street parking available, with restricted weekday hours”. Took our shoes off when we arrived, but socks got so dirty on floors we put shoes back on. We left 2 days early, would not recommend this apartment, save your money.

RODENT/MICE INFESTATION

The first few days were OK as we ordered take out, however as soon as we brough groceries in the unit - the MICE appeared - chewed thru all of our breads/bagels and got into cereal boxes.They even climbed on the counters while we were cooking dinner.....they were also on the couch. We cut our visit short by 5 days and found somewhere else to stay. Even though the Host said "this was the first time she's heard of this" - there were rodent traps outside we noticed upon departure.

I was very pleased with the communication between me and the property manager. The space was cozy and accessible to other locations. I would definitely recommend this property if you’re planning on staying close to Boston. The drive was maybe 15 minutes to Boston.

Great location and host

This property was well appointed and well kept. In-person experience matched the descriptions and pictures. Host was very easy to get in touch with and responded quickly to questions. If we return to the Boston area this will definitely be near the top of the list to stay at again.

Apartment is nice, and location is ok. Quite an easy trip into town and a mix of nice local places and some not so nice. Very accommodating host and quick to respond to queries. Would recommend if you are happy not being in the centre of Boston for your stay

Everything we needed!

Anisha’s place was very clean and pretty spacious for our group of 6 adults! We liked being down the road from the casino and only a 15 minute drive to downtown. Anisha was very easy to communicate with, would recommend!

Beautiful stay!

This was the perfect place for us to stay while I was working in Everett. Our host was so kind and quick to reply to any questions. Prior to our stay she made sure she had a pack n play set our for us. The house is close to lots of bakeries and shops and we were able to walk to some parks with our girls. Make sure to let her know if you will have a car so they can provide directions. Will stay here again!

It was a great location with so many options around us. The apartment was cozy,spacious and with the necessary amenities for a long stay. Our hosts we're great,if we needed anything they were there for us. Overall great stay,rooms were nice and the balcony was great for kicking back after a long day at work. Highly recommend this place to those who want to visit Boston. Oh yeah the casino is around the corner.

Great Place but Bring Slippers!

We had a small celebration for my sister's Bachelorette party here with a few of her friends and my mother. Overall, we loved the location being so near to Encore Casino, communication with the host was fantastic, a beautiful fireplace and it had absolutely everything we needed for a fun night-in. My only issue was how slippery the floors were. They look incredibly clean, but there must be some sort of polish on them that makes it dangerous. At first it was fun, but by the end of the first night, two girls had fallen and seriously injured their knees/ankles. The second and third days, we decided to just keep our shoes on inside to prevent further injury. So book this place, but bring your slippers!

Very nice, but…

The place, location, and owner were excellent. We also ate at the restaurant below and the food was excellent. However, that does Segway into my one area of concern. I couldn’t find on the listing that Unit 2 was on the second floor and our unit 3 being on the third floor. Unfortunately, as nice as the place was, a third floor unit with no ADA entrance way (all stairs) was impossible for my 75 year old mother and father. They were expected to stay with us, via why I booked a three bedroom. Yet, I had to book an additional hotel stay for them since they would never be able to climb the stairs. Also, I would recommend a Wi-Fi router be placed upstairs to increase speed and reliability. We rarely had Wi-Fi available at a decent speed. I used our phone hotspots mostly With everything said above, the place is very nice and as I said would book again. Just not if my mother was coming with us.

Please Read If You Would Like Transparency Before Booking This Rental

Some appliances do not work properly causing inconvenience when using including dryer, sink, toilet, and free to use body wash. Pillows are extremely flat and basically is like sleeping on a mattress, there are not enough to stack for every occupant if you are sleeping more than 3 people. Parking is extremely limited and just know that you have to park on a nearby street that sometimes only has one remaining parallel spot to park on. You could walk a few minutes to get to the rental and will likely have to lug your luggage the entire way. There could be closer parking, but it is one spot and will likely be taken already on Sunday night only. Wi-Fi did not work and communication with the manager went unresponded to for over 17 hours (still could not get it solved by the end of the stay.) The restaurant that is below the rental on the first floor, is open till midnight some nights and you will hear it through the walls when attempting to sleep. The floors and counters were dirty, and we felt like we needed to clean it before using. The property is on the third floor, and you must climb three flights of narrow stairs that wind up to it. Property is not ADA accessible but does not list this information. You will also need to carry your luggage up these stairs. The blinds are broken on every window and overall, the property does not appear to be kept up with. I personally would not stay here again given the lack of transparency regarding the booking. I could say more.

Nice place to stay

We enjoyed our stay in Everett. The appartment is nice, clean and welcoming. Anisha was easy to get a hold of and was helpful with parking and everything else. I recommences.

Pas parfait mais très bien!

Excellent rapport qualité-prix! Bel appart qui contient toute les commodités. Très grand, parfait pour les petits groupes. On a particulièrement apprécié nos déjeuners dans la grande salle à manger ensoleillé. Aurait besoin d’un bon coup de peinture. Les planchers sont tellement croches que les lits ne sont pas de niveau…faudrait au moins ajuster ça. Assez bruyant avec la rue en bas; avec des bouchons, on dors bien. Nous y étions du vendredi soir au dimanche matin et nous n’avons eu aucun problème de stationnement.

Good communication but has a pest problem

The owner was great with communication, however, there is a roach problem in this home. I reported it to the owner right away. The owner said she called an exterminator and nothing was found, but there were roaches crawling down the shower walls while the family showered (there were four of us and all four saw the roaches) and more were spotted in the kitchen. We booked the home for two nights and only stayed for one due to this issue. I appreciate the communication but the owner was not willing to refund the one night that we didn’t stay due to this issue.

Lovely apartment

This apartment is lovely. It is beautifully decorated and comfortable with quite a few delightful touches. The beds are comfortable. The communication with the team was excellent. They were very helpful. The location is great for seeing Boston and Everett is a lovely area. Three things to know before you book. It is up 2 flights of steep stairs, there is traffic noise from some bedrooms and overnight parking is not available until 1030pm. If these are not a concern, you have found a great place to stay.

Spectacular stay!

Our kids felt comfortable and loved this place. It feels like we are home. We usually cook on the days we do not go out and it had everything we needed. It was close to many places we visited. Also, try out the delicious restaurant Zuzu Momo! The bakery and coffee is close by and the location is convenient. Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods were close by. We are pleased with our stay and we will definitely come back again! The owner communicated thoroughly when we had questions. Thank you!

Perfect apartment in a perfect town.

This apartment was absolutely perfect. Clean, comfortable, and a great location for staying just outside of Boston. The beds were super comfy, full-sized washer and dryer, large kitchen, clean bathroom. I love the diversity of the city. Little bodega next door for a few supplies, dinner just downstairs at Zuzumomo was absolutely delicious, delightful breakfast at a Moroccan bakery just down the street… parking overnight was the only challenging part of this stay but the host and restaurant downstairs offer a creative solution. The host was very attentive and responded quickly. I highly recommend this property.
