BEDROOMS: This home consists of three bedrooms, each adorned with premium linens, pillows, and mattresses to elevate your stay to a new level of comfort.

BATHROOM: Enjoy the convenience of two well-appointed bathrooms in our home. The first, an ensuite connected to the master bedroom, provides a private retreat. The second bathroom, a common space, ensures comfort and accessibility for all guests. Your stay, tailored for utmost convenience and relaxation.

LIVING ROOM: The living room provides a welcoming atmosphere, featuring cozy sectional couch and a flat-screen TV for entertainment.

KITCHEN: Our all-white kitchen adorned with stainless steel appliances – refrigerator, microwave, and stove. Equipped with all your basic cooking needs, it’s a culinary haven. The added breakfast bar invites you to savor your meals in style.

DINING AREA: Eat meals together in our inviting dining area designed for 6 guests, complemented by a convenient breakfast bar accommodating an additional 3.

OUTDOOR/POOL AREA: Step outside into your private outdoor oasis, complete with a refreshing pool. Please note that the pool is not heated, providing a cool respite on warm Arizona days. Unwind in our charming outdoor seating area. Whether you’re sipping your morning coffee or enjoying a sunset cocktail, this cozy space is the perfect retreat.

BBQ: Enjoy our 3 burner propane grill with extra large tank attached. With an extra large tank, we will make every effort to make sure at least your first meal cooked outside has enough fuel to do the job.

PARKING: Our driveway parking accommodates up to 2 cars. Enjoy the ease of arriving and departing without the stress of searching for parking. We are in an HOA. No Overnight parking in the street is allowed

No mailbox key provided. Please have all packages or mail delivered directly to the house, or to general delivery at the local USPS office. Any packages that need to be retrieved from the mailbox by your host will result in a $25 charge after the first occurrence.
