With over 2,600 square feet of beautifully designed living space, a peaceful setting surrounded by nature, and thoughtful amenities like a game room, private hot tub, and fire pit, Smoky’s Charm is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the magic of the Smoky Mountains.

A 65” Samsung Smart TV offers access to Apple TV+, Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, Peacock, and more for family movie nights or romantic binge-watching.

Whether you’re preparing a romantic breakfast for two or feeding a hungry crew after a Dollywood day, the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need. Rustic hickory cabinets, granite countertops, and premium Samsung appliances create a warm, functional space.
You’ll also find Henckels knives, a Cuisinart toaster, Ninja blender, French press, crock pot, Calphalon roasting pan, and more. Enjoy meals around the large dining table—perfect for family dinners or candlelit evenings in.

Bedroom #2 (Main level) – King Bedroom:
A cozy king room with Smart TV, open closet, charging station, and luggage rack—a peaceful retreat.

Bedroom #3 (Lower level) – King Bedroom:
Quiet and welcoming, this room is designed for restful sleep after your Smoky Mountain adventures.

Bedroom #4 (Lower level) – Double Bunkroom (Kid Favorite!):
Custom-built with two Twin XL over Queen bunks (sleeps 6), this space is a hit with kids and teens. Includes a 50” Smart TV, charging stations, and a second sink and mirror for easy bedtime routines.

The flat upper gravel driveway accommodates multiple vehicles, including trailers. Additional parking is available on the lower driveway. Access is easy with newly paved roads. The cabin is located less than a mile from the main highway.

Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in is anytime after 4 PM, via the front door smart lock. Your unique door code will be sent to you the day before your arrival.

Early check-in may be requested but is not guaranteed. Approval depends on our cleaning team's ability to finish properly preparing the cabin for your arrival, and will only be confirmed the day of your arrival.

Check-out is strictly by 10 AM.
Late check-out may be requested but is also subject to availability. We can only confirm on the morning of your departure, as same-day bookings can occur. Guests who overstay, or delay our housekeeping team, may be charged for any resulting costs.

Guest Requirements
Primary renter must be at least 21 years old. Anyone under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the stay.

Guests residing in Sevier County, TN are not permitted to book. Please contact us directly if you live locally.

Noise & Conduct
Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 9 AM ET daily.

Smoking, drug use, parties, and loud noise are strictly prohibited—this includes porches and shared areas. Smoking violations will result in a $250 fine, plus any cleaning, deodorizing, or repair costs. Marijuana use is not permitted on or near the property, in any form.

No commercial photography, filming, parties, or events allowed.

Occupancy Limits
No overnight guests beyond those listed in the reservation. The cabin accommodates up to 12 guests. While there are two full bathrooms upstairs, please be aware there is only one bathroom downstairs.

Pets & Allergies
We love animals, however, for this cabin: No pets are allowed, no exceptions. We have regular guests with severe pet allergies.
Guests traveling with service animals should contact us in advance.

Decorations & Fire Safety
We encourage people to use our cabins to celebrate important events in life. However, please do not use glitter, confetti, or any decor that is difficult to clean. Do not tape anything to walls, ceilings, or woodwork.

Use only split firewood from local vendors in the outdoor fire pit. Do not use fallen branches or cut wood from the property or surrounding areas.

Weather & Travel
We do not offer refunds for weather-related issues. Plan your trip accordingly and travel safely, especially in the mountains!

Supplies & Damages
We provide a starter supply of some essentials, like toilet paper and paper towels. Once depleted, guests are responsible for providing for themselves any additionally needed supplies.

Guests are responsible for any damage or loss. Please report any accidents or issues right away. Unreported damage may result in charges.

Other Rules
No firearms are permitted on the property.

By booking, you agree to follow all house rules. Violations may result in additional charges for damage, cleaning, or policy breaches.
