With a Walk Score of 95, you're just minutes from some of the best places West Seattle has to offer: coffee shops, restaurants, bus stops, grocery stores (Safeway, QFC, Whole Foods, Trader Joeâs), local bars, gyms (OrangeTheory, CrossFit, LA Fitness), yoga/pilates studios, spas, and more (including local favorites like the West Seattle Sunday Market, Easy Street Records, and Husky Deli). Alki Beach and Downtown Seattle are a short drive or bus ride away.

This private basement suite is tucked within our quiet family townhome in West Seattle Junction and gives you exclusive access to the entire lower level.
â THE SPACE â
Inside, youâll find a comfortable queen-size bed, a foldable desk that doubles as a small dining table, a 4K Roku TV, and fast, reliable WiFi on a private network (separate from the main home) for secure work and streaming. The walls feature art by local Seattle artists, and the bathroom is stocked with essentials. The space is designed to feel cozy, functional, and easy to settle into.
â KITCHENETTE â
A compact kitchenette includes a mini fridge with freezer, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, electric kettle, and basic utensils (ideal for light meals, snacks, or your morning coffee).
â PARKING â
Youâll have a dedicated covered parking spot right next to the suite, complete with a level 2 EV charging station.
â TRANSIT â
Only a 5-minute walk to the nearest bus stop. The C-line bus gets you to Downtown Seattle in 20â30 minutes, which is great for work, conferences, sports games, catching up with friends, or sightseeing.

We originally designed this suite to host visiting family and friends, and their feedback helped us fine-tune everything from the bedding and lighting to the amenities we provide. Itâs been vetted by loved ones, so you can expect a space thatâs both comfortable and thoughtfully set up.

One of us has a background in hospitality and understands what makes a stay feel seamless (from hotel-level cleanliness to thoughtful touches that help guests feel truly cared for). The other works in tech and often works from home, so weâve made sure the suite includes fast private WiFi, a functional workspace, and keyless self check-in for a smooth experience.
Guest access
Guests will have private, exclusive access to the entire basement level of the home. This includes a separate entrance, bedroom, bathroom, workspace/dining area, and a kitchenette.
â DISCLAIMERS â
Please note: there is no access to shared areas of the main home, including the upstairs kitchen and laundry. The suite is fully self-contained and set up for a comfortable, independent short-term stay. A laundromat is also conveniently located less than 10 minutes away by car or bus.

Weâve put a lot of care into making our guest suite clean, cozy, and thoughtfully stocked. Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?
We chose this neighborhood because it has the perfect mix of city energy and small-town charm. West Seattle Junction is one of the most walkable areas in the city, with tons of local cafes, restaurants, shops, and a great weekend farmers market just steps away. It feels like a real community here: safe, welcoming, and full of character. We love being close to Alki Beach and having easy access to downtown, while still enjoying a quieter and more laid-back vibe at home. It's the kind of place where you can grab a great coffee, catch a sunset, and feel like a local.
