Relax in the cozy living room featuring a gas fireplace and a large mounted flat-screen smart TV. The dining area comfortably seats eight, while the expansive kitchen island provides additional seating. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors slide open to the spectacular pool and spa, just steps away, and a door from the living room leads to the outdoor BBQ area, gas fire pit, and gaming lawn. Wi-Fi coverage spans the entire property, ensuring you stay connected, and dimmable recessed lighting sets the perfect ambience throughout. Adjacent to the living areas, Guest Bedroom #2 offers another king bed, a Smart TV, a writing desk, and its own ensuite bathroom. Guest Bedrooms #3 and #4, each equipped with queen beds and Smart TVs, share a conveniently located hall bath. Those young of age (and spirit!) will love the Pac-Man arcade. Outdoor living shines at Via Alma with a stunning 40 ft saltwater pool with an selfie-worthy baja shelf and enormous jetted spa.
