Our company applies a single, nonrefundable fee for a Safely Protection Policy. We do not collect a security deposit. A Safely Protection Policy (short-term rental insurance) ensures that the guest, the home and its contents are protected during the stay.
â CLEANING & SANITIZATION â
Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.
â COMMUNITY AMENITIES â
Guests will have access to Villages at Ocean Hill amenities including 2 community pools. A fee may required for certain amenities.
â PET-FRIENDLY HOME â
* Weâre happy to welcome up to two (2) dogs at the property.
* If youâre planning to bring more than two, please reach out to us in advance so we can review and confirm approval.
* To help us keep the bedrooms comfortable for all guests, we kindly ask that dogs remain out of the bedrooms unless they are fully crated.
* Additional cleaning or damage fees may apply if these guidelines arenât followed. We truly appreciate your cooperation and understanding, and weâre glad to host you and your furry companions.
â NO SMOKING INSIDE â
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside of the home. If you smoke outside the home, please clean up after.
â SECURITY CAMERAS â
All of our homes have exterior security cameras for the safety and security of our guests. Exterior cameras are pointed at areas of ingress and egress from the home.
â NO THIRD PARTY BOOKINGS â
For the safety and tranquility of our guests and neighbors, we strictly prohibit third-party bookings. The person making the reservation must be the one staying at the property.
â NO PARTIES/EVENTS â
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its condition for future guests and your return visits. We do not accept reservations from individuals under the age of 25, especially for high school or college parties.
