1. Check-out: Check-out is at or before 11:00 a.m. Please ensure that you turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronic devices when leaving the property. Also, please lock all windows and doors and return the keys. Guests will be charged for lost or unreturned keys.

2. No additional guests/house parties: Guests agree that the property will not be occupied by more people than the number indicated on the reservation. Violating this rule will result in immediate vacating without a refund.

3. Pets: Pets are not allowed on the property.

4. No smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the property. Leaving the smell of cigarette smoke and/or cannabis inside the property will incur a $50 penalty fee.

5. Linens/towels: Bed linens and bath towels are provided. Bath towels should not be removed from the accommodation. Please do not eat in bed or sit on the bed or furniture while wearing wet clothing.

6. Bathroom: Do not flush paper towels, tampons, or sanitary napkins down the toilet. Use the trash can instead. Emergency toilet unclogging will incur an additional charge.

7. Damage: Guests are responsible for repairs in case of any damage to the property.

8. Parking: Please park in the designated parking space.

9. Do not leave doors or windows open while the air conditioning is on.

10. Please take your trash to the bin and do not leave trash in the house.
