Enjoy the balcony with a glass of wine or read a good book while relaxing. I love waking up in the morning, making coffee and enjoying it on the balcony. The apartment is close to beautiful beaches, snorkeling, hiking, rain forest, award winning golf courses and much more. PLEASE NOTE THIS PROPERTY HAS BACK UP GENERATOR THAT POWERS THE WHOLE APARTMENT IN CASE OF ELECTRICAL OUTAGE.

Great property

Stayed 5 days in this property with wife and 2 kids who are 17 & 20. Place is roomy, great location to beach and restaurants. Host communicated before and after our stay and was available if we needed. Definitely recommend.

Supreme condo, ideal location

Perfect location between San Juan and east coast. Close to beaches, rainforest, groceries, food and excursions. Luxury condo with everything needed as well as nice touches like beach chairs and local coffee. Very responsive manager, great pool and overall wonderful experience!

AMAZING!

This place was beautifully decorated, very clean, perfectly supplied, and close to so many fun things to do. The communication with the owner was always timely and we immensely enjoyed our stay! The kitchen had everything we needed and and everything worked great. The property was very safe and secure too. And GORGEOUS views of the ocean - WOW!

Family of 4 with college age kids

Stayed for a week. Great view from patio, master bedroom, and living room. Perfect location near Luquillo for home base to explore rainforest, bio bays, and San Juan. Towns nearby make it convenient to run and get groceries and many restaurants close by including the Luquillo kiosks. Multiple beaches within a few minute drive. Beds were very comfortable. We arrived during island wide power outage and received great communication from owner with updates as received. Property had a generator so we had very little time without power and were notified when it would be out for specific work being done. Received great recommendations for things to do and places to eat with welcome letter. Access to rainforest is very close and convenient. Location is well supplied with kitchen items, towels, chairs, boogie boards, etc. Overall we loved this place and would stay again.

Vacation in Luquillo Puerto Rico

The apt condo was breathtaking. Beautiful, clean, spacious. Well equipped with everything we needed. The coffee was super and tasty. The beds, all three, very comfortable. The apartment looks better than the pictures. Communication was excellent and timely. The view from the condo (4th) floor ( Total floors: 5), was also breathtaking. We had and amazing time.

Although there were a couple things that needed attention in the condo in which the owner was gonna take care of while we were there. The overall experience was great. Great location. Amazing view. And also great communication with the property owner. I’d definitely stay there again

Communication with the owner was excellent. The property was well-maintained. All appliances worked and air conditioning work. Excellent location. Would definitely stay here again. I greatly appreciated The coffee available for use if you don’t make it to a grocery store the first night And little extras like beach, chairs, and towels.

Great location

Great communication, any details or questions were answered immediately. The condo is spacious, very safe as well, everything is provided to make you feel at home. (Beach towels, chairs, fully stocked kitchen). Go to Ralph’s supermarket, buy your essentials. Luquillo is really an awesome location if you really want to get to know puerto rico and nearby Islands.

Fantastic property!

We loved our stay at Ocean Breeze! Yohanys was an amazing host and went out of her way to make our stay perfect! Communication and response time with the host was super quick and helpful! Property was beautiful and just as pictured! Super clean! It was also fully stocked with beach towels, chairs, cooler, kitchen items & delicious coffee! And what a beautiful ocean view from the balcony! We can't wait to come back!

Yohanys thank you for being so accommodating with our unfortunate change of plans. Your Condo was the Best I've stayed in Puerto Rico. Everything I would or could need you supplied. Wonderful place

This place was absolutely wonderful! It was beautiful, well-kept, and well-equipped. It made our trip that much more enjoyable. The host was great; and available/willing to be there in case we had a need, no matter what time of day. From the check-in process to explaining everything in detail and giving recommendations of places to go and things to do, the host went above and beyond our expectations. My wife would want to stay here again on our next visit to the island. The one recommendation I would give, is to have a caldero available to make arroz the right way! 😊 Thank you!!!

Highly recommend this rental!

This place was awesome! We've stayed at 4 other places (in PR), and this was definitely our favorite. The place is well furnished (linens & dinnerware) and clean. It's set back from the road, and very quiet. We've never felt unsafe in PR, but if you're concerned about this, this place is very secure. We had everything we needed to enjoy days at the beach (towels, beach chairs, boogie boards and a cooler). Luquillo Beach and the kioskos are only 5 minutes away! One of our favorite places to go.... The owner was also very responsive and provided a ton of information on places to eat at and things to do in the area. We will definitely stay here again!

Love the view the pool clean and quiet the only thing was the elevator was not working the whole time we were there I had to call 911 because a family was stuck in the elevator for more than 20 minutes by other than that it was great I just wish we knew the elevator wasn’t working according to one of the tenants they have a lot of problems with the elevator and having to walk up and down with an infant is not easy

Great Place to Stay!

My family and I loved our stay at this property! My only complaint is that it is not on the Beach! Which is not really a problem because there are several only a few minutes away. Yohanys and Karla were very accessible, and helped us right away with any issues we had. The kitchen is well stocked with quality cookware, and the condo is even stocked with toilet paper, laundry detergent, soaps, cleaning supplies, coffee—those things really helped so we just had to buy the food we wanted. Internet worked great so I could access a few work things i had to do. We learned a lot about Puerto Rico, and can’t wait to go again, a week is not long enough! Thanks so much Ladies for a great stay!

Beautiful Ocean View

I highly recommended this condo apartment for families looking to be near beautiful Luquillo beach (and other East island beaches, the rain forest, and not too far from San Juan) while enjoying the comforts of a bright, clean, and well-appointed home. My husband and three children, ages 16-22, loved our 8-night stay at Yohanys’ place and found the apartment to be spacious and quite comfortable. Yohanys was a great host who provided a kitchen stocked with ample kitchenware, washer/dryer with detergent and dryer sheets, more than enough towels , extra bed linens, beach towels, beach chairs, and even a cooler. I mention these details because when you’re away on a beach vacation as a family, all of these things make a huge difference! The pictures are accurate and the apartment overall has a very nice feel. We enjoyed morning coffee on the small terrace with a beautiful view of the ocean, though this is not a beach front property. The lovely, gated community is up on a hill off highway 3 which you have to cross to get to the town of Luquillo and the beach , but all super easy to manage with a car, which is a must as you can’t walk to these locations. Yohanys was very responsive to any questions we had and gave us great tips for places to eat and things to do in the area. Her property manager, Karla, arranged for ferry tickets to Culebra and a Bioluminescent Bay night kayaking excursion for us before we arrived which took away the stress of us having to do this on our own . We were here Christmas through New Year’s and found having prearranged some things helpful during this busy season. Thank you Yoahanys for being a great host! We hope to be back again!

As a hospitality professional my dream has been to provide a space for vacationers to enjoy the island I love. Luquillo has beautiful beaches and great nightlife. In the morning I walk the shoreline and get my excercise. During the day I love to open a good book and sit on the beach and read while working on my tan. At night I enjoy a glass of wine on the balcony with a snack or join the locals at the Kioske's for Puerto Rican food. My dream is to move full time to the island but until then I share this beautiful home away from home.

Vista Mar has been thoughtfully furnished for a home feel. The views are breathtaking and the property is centrally located five minutes from Play Azaul Beach, Luquillo Kioske's, award winning golf courses and Rain Forest. Marina's to all types of ocean sports is a 10 minute drive to Fajardo. Safe community. Access to a two car garage. You will have a choice of elevator or stairs to your front door. 35 minutes from San Juan. The recreational area includes a warm and inviting Infiniti pool also a jacuzzi. The property is fully air conditioned, each bedroom has a ceiling fan and an air unit. This apartment is spacious and comfortable for a couple or a family.
