Enjoy the wonderful ocean views and spacious floorplan of this corner condo in building 7 right on the beach. Located on the ground floor makes it easy to load and unload the kids, pets, and supplies on your amazing beach stay. There are many kid friendly features and games available after a fun day at the beach including puzzles, books, and toys. Desks and office chairs are included in the living room and guest bedroom for remote work or school work if need to bring it with you. A large settee sits in front of the window perfect for daydreaming, reading a book, or just watching the waves. The well equipped kitchen overlooks the living and dining areas and is perfectly suited for multiple chefs. Take some time for yourself and relax in the spacious jetted oversize tub after a long fun day at the beach.


The coast is a dynamic place, the view and dunes can change from season to season due to time, nature, and restoration efforts and may be different from what is shown.


Your stay with us includes total access to all the amenities our property has to offer. This includes a year-round large outdoor hot tub, heated seasonal swimming pool, barbeque grills, and well equipped exercise center at the clubhouse. There is also a large grassy play-field perfect for the kids, a basketball court, putting green, horseshoe pits, and play area for the little ones. A fenced dog walk area is available for our 4 legged friends behind the clubhouse. Two EV Charging stations through ChargePoint are available for all guests near the clubhouse. Soak up the sunshine and relax on one of the many park benches and watch the activities. You'll have a great Vacation by the Sea in Westport in this wonderful vacation home. No worries, its time to have fun at the beach!

Perfect family getaway by the sea

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second stay at Westport by the Sea, and it continues to be an unforgettable experience. The condo offers a stunning view and served as the perfect home base for our family of four. It was thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for our two young children—from a high chair and pack and play to pool toys, books, and more. The heated pool and hot tub were standout features that made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly can't recommend this condo highly enough and are already looking forward to our next visit!

Thanks for the fantastic review and we're pleased to hear your family enjoyed the special touches the owners put in the condo for younger children. The pool and hot tub are wonderful features of the property if a cold swim in the ocean isn't your thing. Hope you got to check out the paved walking trail next to the property that goes all the way to town. It's a great, easy walk for little ones in a stroller or on bikes.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is very convenient for beach access. Being on the bottom it is very convenient also for pets, although you can’t really see the beach from the bottom unit. The cons- this is definitely the “dogs unit. There is an extremely strong dog smell the moment you walk in, it kept some of us up at night. The carpet and couches are very stinky. Even as dog owners, we appreciate a clean and odor free accommodation. The dog bed has clearly been overused by many different dogs, we had to put outside due to the smell. We would choose a different unit if we visited again.

We appreciate you taking the time to write a review however we did not note any pet odors prior to your arrival or before the next guest's arrival immediately after your stay. Cleanliness is something we take very seriously, especially pet friendly condos. We understand many guests can be more sensitive to odors than others but all recent reviews for this condo have been 5 stars with no complaints about odor.
