Located in northwest Tucson, this townhome is a dream. With 3 cozy bedrooms including a king bed, queen bed, and queen murphy bed, guests will feel right at home. The murphy bed can be stowed, allowing the home office desk, shelves, and cabinets to be utilized more easily. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with showers and wall-mounted hair dryers for added convenience.

High speed WiFi, and AC are always available. The dining, kitchen, and bath areas have skylights which bring a bright and sunny feel to each room. The 65" smart tv in the living room allows you to log onto your favorite streaming platforms, using your own subscriptions.

Linens are provided, and the kitchen is well stocked with cooking and baking vessels and utensils. The dining table has pull-out leaves and additional chairs are available in a closet. There is plenty of closet and drawer space for guests.

This welcoming townhome community also features amenities like a fitness room, two pools, and two hot tubs. The larger pool and hot tub area is very close to the property: a few hundred feet. The other pool and hot tub are about a block and a half away, just behind the clubhouse community center. The exercise facilities are in the back of the clubhouse, and are accessible at all times.

The townhome neighborhood is very quiet, well-lit, and a great place to walk by yourself, with your dog, or with others.

You will have access to park ONE car in the garage. Please note that the owners have some recreational equipment and personal possessions stored on the other side of the garage, but have left plenty of room for you to park a single car. If you have an additional car to park, more parking is available a block away. You are not allowed to park in the guest spaces you see near the house. The HOA has strict rules about parking in the guest spaces, which are available short-term by permit

Several restaurants and shops are within 3 or 4 blocks walking distance. It is also convenient for those who need access to the university, hospitals, or other Tucson institutions.
