Picture this: you, a comfy chair, and a gorgeous view of the marina⊠sound good? Then you need to see 301 Yacht Harbor Villas at the beautiful Wild Dunes Resort on the Isle of Palms!
This isn't just a condo, it's your home away from home. It's a really lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom space â and it's on the ground floor, so super easy to get around! Being an end unit means extra peace and quiet, too. Inside, it's all about relaxing. The living area is nice and open, perfect for hanging out. But honestly, you'll probably spend a lot of time on the screened porch! Imagine sipping your morning coffee or enjoying a sunset cocktail while watching the boats go by.
And when you're ready for a dip? The community saltwater pool and spa are just a short walk away. Plus, they've thought of everything â there are bathrooms at the pool, and a grilling area for cookouts! Evenings are easy here too. A leisurely stroll along the marina, followed by dinner at one of the local restaurants⊠it doesn't get much better than that.
Seriously, this place is all about kicking back and enjoying island life. Come see for yourself!
A few important notes to be aware: NO HOUSE PARTIES. NO SMOKING. NO PETS. No exceptions! There is a very strict noise ordinance policy on the island that goes into effect at 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekend nights. The 2 car limit is also strictly enforced. This house is a family rental and is located near year-round residents. This is not a rental home for bachelor/bachelorette events, wedding groups, youth groups, fraternities/sororities, receptions, or any other types of larger gatherings. We do NOT rent to students or anyone under the age of 30 - no exceptions - even if a parent or legally responsible adult makes the reservation. If such a group occupies or attempts to occupy the property, they will be required to immediately vacate and there will be NO refunds given. he pool & spa are scheduled to be open from 04/01 â 10/31 each year, weather permitting.
Bed Sizes: 1 King 1 Queen Bathrooms: 1 walk in shower 1 walk in shower and tub
ALL BED LINENS, KITCHEN TOWELS (2), BATH TOWEL SETS, & BEACH TOWELS (10) ARE PROVIDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE!! You will only need to bring or plan to rent beach chairs, bikes, umbrellas, etc. Also included is a "starter set" of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, paper towels, etc. but please do keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.

Please note: Carroll Realty is the property management company chosen by the homeowner and requires that their rental agreement be signed prior to occupying the property. This agreement will be sent after a reservation is made along with other helpful rental info for your stay.
Cancellation Policy:
Reservations made and cancelled within 24 hours will be refunded in full. After 24 hours, our cancellation policy goes into effect. Reservations cancelled 6 months prior to arrival will be refunded in full. If a reservation is cancelled less than 6 months prior to arrival, a full deposit refund less a $100.00 booking fee will be made only if the unit is re-rented for the same time and price, and at a pro-rated rate if only rented for the partial amount. The guest will be responsible for the difference in price if re-rented at a lower rate. We do offer and strongly encourage every traveler to purchase travel insurance as well for an added 10.8% or 7% charge depending on which plan you select. If accepted, the 10.8% travel insurance plan must be paid in full within 14 days of making a reservation or you may add the 7% plan up until 30 days prior to your arrival date or final payment is paid, whichever comes first. Travel insurance covers every guest scheduled to come on the trip. Please call us for more information or visit our website for detailed plan information. Upon arrival, if you do not accept the unit you have reserved your deposit will be forfeited.
Power/ weather related cancellation: Carroll Realty does not issue refunds due to acts of nature such as: weather, road conditions, snow conditions, power outages, or forest fires. Additionally, Carroll Realty will not issue refunds in the event of a pandemic (for example, Covid-19) or acts of nature such as a hurricane. In light of these events, we strongly urge every reservation to purchase one of the two travel insurance plans that we offer. Hurricane season technically runs from June through October, but is especially more prone to occur in our area from late August through early October.
