Book your next Isle of Palms vacation rental at Beach Breeze, a pet friendly cottage style oceanfront condo, steps away from the beautiful Atlantic Ocean on Isle of Palms, South Carolina in the Oceanview condominium complex. This three bedroom, two and a half bath vacation rental is recently repainted and redecorated. With a large kitchen, dining room to seat eight, and large balcony overlooking the complex pool and Isle of Palms beach, it's spacious enough for a family vacation, but still cozy enough for a romantic getaway. Free wifi.

Whether you are into sunbathing by the pool, fishing, riding the waves, or reading a book on the balcony, this Isle of Palms vacation rental has something for everyone.
Plan your vacation now! Area tours include: kayaking, paddle boarding, crabbing, deep sea fishing, exploring Bulls Island, downtown Charleston Culinary Tours, historic home tours, tours of Revolutionary and Civil War era forts, ships and more. Downtown Charleston also offers hands on activities for children at the aquarium and at the museum. There are several spas convenient to vacationers. Just a few miles away, Mount Pleasant offers a movie theater and ample shopping, as well. Information on area attractions and restaurants are provided in the condo.
Linens / Toiletries - All bed linens, kitchen towels and bath towels are provided for your convenience. Also included is a "starter set" of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, shampoo & conditioner, paper towels, etc. but please keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.
Parking - A maximum of 2 vehicles can be parked at this property.
Elevator - There is an ADA compliant elevator that services all floors of Oceanview condos.

3) Isle of Palms Noise Ordinance must be followed. Any violations of the noise ordinance are cause for immediate removal.
4) Please be courteous and respectful of the other neighboring residents and guests. Any behavior that results in a complaint by a neighbor, building resident, or HOA is considered violation of this rule.
5) If you have any issues during your stay, please notify us immediately. At check-out please leave the place as you found it upon your arrival. Any costs to repair or replace an item, fixture, or furnishing found damaged after your stay must be compensated by you. All damage and replacement costs include a labor charge.
6) Smoking, Vaping, and Parties of any kind are strictly forbidden.
7) Guests agree to follow the cancellation policy at the time of booking, and agree to any cancellation fee that may apply in the event of a cancellation. Guests agree there are no exceptions to the policy including illness, travel restrictions due to weather, and reasons related to Covid-19. Travel Insurance is offered to cover losses for cancellations during full penalty cancellation period.
10) Guests should inspect the property upon checking-in and notify Management of any issues, damage, missing amenities, or unsatisfactory conditions. Should there be an issue, guests will allow a reasonable amount of time during business hours for Management to address or provide a solution for any reported issues, or unsatisfactory conditions.
11)Pet fee required for all pet friendly rentals
* It is the guests' responsibility to ensure they have all their belongings before checking out. If guests would like an item shipped to them, there is a minimum of $25 shipping and handling fee plus the cost of shipping. We will hold items for 1 week if guests would like to coordinate a pickup of an item.

This Isle of Palms vacation condo is easy to find. Though it is located in the heart of the island, just doors away from restaurants, shops and the popular and widely known Windjammer music venue, the condo is a quiet vacation away from the bustle of life. Once behind the door, vacationers will enjoy expansive ocean views in a comfortable welcoming atmosphere. The smaller bedrooms are far enough from the living area that children can nap quietly while adults socialize. Other benefits include a laundry room and drying rack, coffee maker and keurig, multiple bathrooms and toilet rooms, extra linens for the fold out couch, multiple televisions, games, books, current magazines, and more.
