Sleeping Arrangements:

Bedroom 1 – Primary Suite: King bed + Pack-n-Play stored in the closet. The primary suite also features a spa-inspired ensuite bathroom with a freestanding soaking tub and large glass shower.

Bedroom 2: King bed.

Bedroom 3 – Lower Level: King bed.

Bedroom 4 – Bunk Room: Twin-over-twin bunk beds plus a twin-over-double bunk bed. A great dedicated sleeping space for kids and younger guests.



Additional sleeping: An air mattress is available for additional sleeping flexibility when needed.



Bathrooms:

Bathroom 1 – Primary Ensuite: Spa-inspired bathroom with double vanity, large glass shower, and freestanding soaking tub.

Bathroom 2 – Upper-Level Hall Bathroom: Full bathroom conveniently located near the main living area and second bedroom.

Bathroom 3 – Lower-Level Bathroom: Full bathroom serving the lower-level bedrooms and bunk room.



All bathrooms include high-quality pump-style shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, along with hand soap and lotion at each sink.

Guest Access:

You will have full and private access to the entire cabin during their stay. This includes the four spacious bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, the dining area, and the cozy living room. Outside, you are welcome to enjoy the private backyard, the relaxing hot tub, and the outdoor seating area with a barbecue grill. A private entrance and garage parking are provided for your convenience. Please note that the only area off limits is a small locked owner closet.

Our home is perfectly situated for outdoor enthusiasts and those seeking a relaxing mountain getaway. You are steps away from miles of scenic hiking and biking trails in the Tahoe forest. The Lake Tahoe Golf Course is four miles away. For water activities, the shores of Lake Tahoe are seven miles away, while Heavenly Village and local casinos are ten miles from the property. Our neighborhood offers the ideal balance of tranquility and accessibility to the best attractions in the region.



Getting Around:

A personal vehicle is the best way to explore Tahoe, and we offer a large garage plus driveway space for four cars. While public transit is limited, ride sharing services are available for local trips. The nearest major airport is Reno Tahoe International Airport, located about a ninety minute drive away.

*The back yard is fully fenced. It is banister style, and a smaller dog may be able to fit through them. See photos.
