Our property accommodates up to 6 registered guests only. No unregistered or additional guests are allowed on the premises at any time. Failure to comply may result in immediate cancellation of your reservation and removal from the property.

Recently renovated and just one block from the beach, this stylish 2-bedroom, 2-bath home is perfect for families or small groups. Located on the street-level first floor of a duplex, this unit offers privacy and convenience, while the upstairs unit is separately occupied. Peaceful, family-friendly neighborhood, you'll enjoy easy access to local restaurants, shops, and the ocean.

Inside, relax in the cozy living room or cook up your favorites in the fully equipped kitchen—complete with modern appliances and everything you need to feel at home.

Guest access
Guests enjoy complete privacy with both a private front entrance and a private back entrance with keyless entry. The entire street-level unit is exclusively yours during your stay.

Street parking is available. A guest permit will be provided for one vehicle to ensure you don’t receive any tickets. Please be sure to return the permit to the unit after use so that future guests can also utilize the pass.

Other things to note

House Rules:

Quiet Hours: No loud music, smoking, or partying allowed. Please respect quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM, in accordance with city ordinances.

Surveillance: The exterior front of the property is monitored by 24/7 surveillance cameras for the safety and protection of all guests.

Garbage Disposal: Garbage disposal is located at the back door to the right. Kindly recycle and take out the trash when needed.

Toilet Use: Please only flush toilet paper in the bathroom.

Dishwasher: A dishwasher is provided for your convenience. Feel free to leave dishes inside if you're unsure how the machine works.

No Illegal Drugs or Marijuana: The use of illegal drugs or marijuana is strictly prohibited inside the unit. Violations may result in additional charges up to $150 and could be grounds for immediate eviction with no refund.

Late Checkout Fee: A late checkout fee of $50 applies. After 1 hour, an additional $50 may be incurred. If checkout is 2 hours past the designated time, a full night’s stay will be charged, and guest belongings will be removed from the unit.

No Parties or Events: Parties or events are not allowed. Unauthorized parties or events will be terminated immediately, and guests will forfeit the remainder of their stay without a refund.

Pets: A $25 per night pet fee is charged.

Street Parking: Street parking is available. A guest permit will be provided for one vehicle to ensure you don’t receive any tickets. Please be sure to return the permit to the unit after use so that future guests can also utilize the pass.
