Located on the third floor of a secure, beachfront building, this corner unit enjoys northwest-facing exposure for spectacular light and uninterrupted ocean views. The living area and chefâs kitchen flow openly, anchored by a marble dining table that seats twelve beneath sculptural lighting. The kitchen is stocked with professional-grade tools, Illy espresso machines, and a full-service bar setupâideal for entertaining for your medium-term stay. A Shinola record player and full Sonos sound system set the mood.
The bedroom features a California king bed with a Parachute linen duvet, warm textures, and hand-selected artwork that gives the space a relaxed yet elevated personality. A Japanese soaking tub and self-cleaning toilet provide spa-like functionality, while smart dimmable lighting adds ambiance throughout.
One secured parking space is included, with the possibility of a second spot available for an additional fee. Complimentary, upgraded laundry facilities are available in the building. The building itself is safe and secure, with keypad entry located on Brooks Avenue for added privacy and peace of mind. Inside the unit, youâll find high-speed Wi-Fi, smart lighting, a Sonos sound system, premium appliances, and curated kitchenware. A portable AC unit is provided for the warmer summer months, though the steady ocean breeze keeps the space comfortable most of the year. - Damages and/or failure to pick up after your pet may result in additional charges at check-out. Pets and animals are not permitted at the property at any time whatsoever unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to booking. Failure to comply with this will result in an additional charge of up to $1000 and/or eviction without limiting any other legal or equitable remedies available to Owner and/or Company.
- For any items left behind after check-out, guests will be charged the shipping costs and an additional service fee of $25.
- A minimum of $25 will be charged per lost or unreturned keys, fobs, or access cards. Please ensure they are returned before check-out.
- All 30+ day stays require mid-stay cleanings by our professional housekeeping team. Payment will be requested after booking confirmation.
- Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $250 fine.
- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be mindful of the noise level during these hours to respect neighbors and others in the area.

- Please dispose of all trash in the designated bins provided. If the trash bins are full, please notify the host for further instructions.
