Welcome to Cedar Pointe Haven, a comfortable and inviting three-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath townhome just steps from the Flathead River. Centrally located, this home puts you within easy reach of everything the Flathead Valley has to offerâfrom outdoor adventures to local shops and restaurants. Whether you're relaxing by the fireplace or enjoying coffee on the balcony, this is a great home base for your Montana getaway.
When you arrive, you'll find parking available in the driveway or the attached two-car garage. A private walkway leads you to the side entrance of the home. Inside, there's a small entry area where you can hang up coats and kick off your shoes. The first level features a guest bedroom with a king-size bed and a full bathroom with a shower/tub comboâgreat for guests who prefer to avoid stairs.
Upstairs, you'll find a spacious and open living area. The living room has a large L-shaped couch, perfect for movie nights or lounging by the fireplace. The kitchen is just off the living space and includes dark wood cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, plenty of counter space, and a center island with bar seating for three. The dining area seats six and opens onto a private balcony with outdoor seatingâa quiet spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind after a day out.
Also on this level are two more bedrooms and one and a half bathrooms. One bedroom has a king-size bed, and the other is set up with two twin bunk bedsâideal for kids or extra guests. A shared full bathroom includes dual sinks and a standing shower. There's also a half bathroom nearby that doubles as a laundry room, complete with washer and dryer for your convenience.
In the winter, the Flathead Valley is famous for its world-class skiing and wide range of winter activities. There are two ski resorts in the area, including the local favorite Whitefish Mountain Resort and the family-friendly Blacktail Mountain Ski Area. Whitefish Mountain Resort was recently ranked #3 in the West by Ski Magazine readers! Visitors to the area can also enjoy ice fishing on Flathead Lake, snowshoeing or cross-country skiing in Glacier National Park, and snowmobiling with one of the local outfitters.
In the summer, enjoy all the water sports imaginable at Flathead Lake, the largest freshwater lake west of the Mississippi in the lower 48! Glacier National Park is also close by with the breathtaking Going-To-The-Sun Road, Lake McDonald, and 70+ day hikes! Make sure you take time to experience downtown Bigfork, boasting shops, galleries, restaurants, and the Bigfork Summer Playhouse. There are activities for everyone from hiking the Swan River Nature Trail, exploring the Jewel Basin Wilderness Area, fishing the many lakes & rivers, or golfing at any of the exceptional courses, including Eagle Bend Golf Course.
