Beautiful condo, amazing beach and location! We loved everything about this condo and can not wait to come back. The view was amazing and we loved waking up and having coffee on the balcony every morning. Kids loved the heated pool as well. We can’t wait to come back!

Great place!!! It is very good located. It has a great view of the beach. The pool was nice. And the place was very clean. I would have liked not to be waiting until 04:00 PM for the Check in and not to get out of the place that early (10:00 AM) for the Check out. I would recommend these (without extra fee):* Check in 02:00 PM* Check out 12:00 PMConsidering this, my experience would have been perfect.

However, a two-hour window to clean and maintain all condos on a busy turn day is not only unrealistic but also counterproductive for both operations and guest experience. 5 min from Walmart, target. No beach towels. Great coffee maker. Large capacity W/D. Everything needed in kitchen. 2 queen room top outlet, ceiling fan and light all connected. Had to unscrew lightbulbs so could run fan at night. View is amazing. Private beach. At pool, container of shareable beach chairs, toys. Great rental.

I’ve been renting off and on at the Breakers for 14yrs… love the views. But this time the condo wasn’t the cleanest. The furniture in the living room is old, sand on the floor from the last renter. Just could do better! The communication with the host was great, and we arrived a couple hours early and was able to check in early.

Spectacular ocean views and easy access to the beach. Condo was spottless and the beds were very comfortable. Balcony was great for early morning coffee or a late night totty. We highly recommend and plan on staying again.

This was a great condo for our 5 day trip to Destin. Great location, clean, and had everything we needed. We loved having the ocean just steps from the building. Fit our family of 6 perfectly!
