Located only three homes from the beach and the bustling Boardwalk, this exquisite abode offers the perfect blend of modern sophistication and coastal charm, ensuring a vacation of unparalleled comfort and convenience.
Set in a prime location, this 1-bedroom North End home is part of an eight-unit condo complex, located on the first level.
We offer an idea location, no need to carry your beach items, you are just steps from the Boardwalk/Ocean, just a 2-minute walk (or 10 second run).
Carrying all those beach items will now be a distance memory and should you need to go back for that emergency, it is nice to know it is all doable.

The new adjoining kitchen is equipped with appliances, ample counter space, and new cabinetry. Whether youâre preparing a quick snack or a gourmet meal, this kitchen caters to all your culinary needs.
Bedroom
The bedroom offers a Queen size bed (with a memory foam mattress) and adjoining Chair-bed that opens up to a twin bed. Ample closet space ensures that all your belongings are neatly organized, while the large windows provide a constant reminder of the beauty that lies just outside.
Bathroom Bliss
The bathroom has been transformed into a spa-like retreat, featuring luxurious fixtures and finishes. The modern vanity, spacious shower, and premium tiles create a space that is both functional and indulgent. Every detail has been carefully considered to provide the utmost comfort and convenience.
Activities Abound
Living in this coastal community means youâll have access to a host of activities and amenities that cater to a variety of interests. From water sports and beach volleyball to scenic bike rides and leisurely walks along the Boardwalk, thereâs something for everyone. The vibrant local culture is reflected in the numerous festivals, markets, and events that take place throughout the year, offering ample opportunities to connect with neighbors and immerse yourself in the community.
ITEMS TO NOTE:
1) No parties or gatherings. Occupancy limits must be followed. Exceeding the agreed upon occupancy or receiving complaints from neighbors may result in removal without a refund.
2) This is the main level unit of a 2-Story Condo complex. Footsteps from guests utilizing the upstairs unit may be heard during. your stay. Please keep this in mind when booking.
3) All TVs are Smart TVs and require you to provide your own login for your preferred streaming services. There is no cable TV or streaming logins provided.
4) Please note this is a no smoking property. No smoking anywhere on the premises.
5) The backyard is a shared space. Please be courteous and share the outdoor spaces.
6) Replacement cost for lost beach badges: $85 each.
7) The minimum age to book is 25 years old, and the primary guest completing the reservation must remain for the duration of the stay. Photo ID for age verification purposes may be requested prior to or at the time of check-in. If the adult booking is not present at the time of check-in and for the duration of the say, the occupants will be removed without refund.
8) Please be advised that for non-family guests who are 21 years of age or younger, a security person may be required according to the regulations of Seaside Heights. If this is the case, an additional fee of $250 per night will apply.
9) The HVAC fan is situated just outside of this unit due to its design. It can occasionally be noisy when running. Please remember this when making your reservation.
