Ce condo récemment rénové de deux étages dispose de 2 chambres, 1. 5 salles de bains et n'est qu'à un pâté de maisons et demi de la promenade de bord de mer! Le premier étage a le salon, une cuisine moderne, une salle de petit déjeuner et une demi-salle de bain. Le deuxième étage a une chambre principale avec une salle de bain complète et une deuxième chambre avec 2 lits jumeaux et un lit superposé. Une laveuse et une sécheuse superposées sont également situées dans l'unité.

Quatre (4) badges de plage sont inclus dans la location!

Immédiatement devant la porte d'entrée se trouve une terrasse confortable, parfaite pour manger, se détendre et profiter du soleil. Un espace de stationnement hors rue attribué est également fourni.

Veuillez noter qu'il s'agit d'une UNITÉ NON ANIMALE ET NON FUMEUR.
Ceci est un petit complexe de copropriété calme avec plusieurs résidents toute l'année, donc nous n'acceptons pas les locations de bal ou de fête.

Very convenient location to boardwalk and beach.Living room, kitchen and 1/2 bath downstairs.Bedroom with two twins and bunk beds upstairs with the master off of the bedroom and a full bath off the master. Those in the first bedroom have to use the downstairs 1/2 bath or go through the master to access the upstairs bathroom. (minor inconvenience) Towels, sheets, toilet paper etc not supplied (another minor inconvenience). These minor inconveniences are easily overlooked due to the location.Small outside deck with table, chairs and grill. Very clean. Overall very happy with this rental!

It was ok... I didn't know that I would have to bring essentials until they sent the checkin instructions. We had to bring wash/drying towels, toilet paper, paper towels. Also I had to turn on the breaker for the fridge, laundry machines, and lights in the house. We also had all patio furniture/grill in the living room so we had to take everything outside to the patio to have walking space in the living room. Just a bunch of inconveniences.

We are really sorry for your experience as we do want everyone to have a great time at the Jersey shore! Apologies, as yours was the first rental of the season, the delivery guy put the assembled brand new grill in the unit as it was delivered earlier in the month. It should have been taken outside by our cleaners. Again, our sincerest apologies. We would have been more than happy to share a credit for your inconvenience to move it outside. That said, unfortunately, this seems to be a retaliatory review because you refused to follow any house rules and your written agreement. Our unit does not permit pets, and this is very clear in our ad, in the rental agreement, and in the house rules, but you still brought a large dog despite all the notices. This is not only against our rules, but also the association. Having your dog run around off lease in the courtyard caused problems with neighbors, and extra cleaning inside. As you know, we did not charge extra for this, or charge you any extra fees. If you rent with others in the future, it's really easy to simply communicate with the owners. Most owners are like us, and truly want those staying in their place to have a great time!

Great find and blocks from the beach! Perfect location surrounded by places to eat and safe area. The condo was impeccable and just the right amount of space. Street parking was not difficult as long as you get your spot early! Would highly recommend for families with kids who love the boardwalk and beach!

Perfect stay for my family

My family and I loved staying here. The house was very clean upon arrival. It was the perfect size for our family if 5. We particularly enjoyed the kitchen to make home cooked meals. The neighborhood was quiet and just a short block and a half from the boardwalk. Will definitely be staying there again!

Great stay, exceeded expectations

Our stay here exceeded our expectations! The location is incredibly convenient, super close to the beach and boardwalk. The house is clean and comfortable with lovely beach themed decorations. We were also pleasantly surprised to find kid friendly books and games in the living room and helpful beach items (chairs, umbrella, sand toys) on the front deck. Neighbors are very nice too!

Convenient location

Loved staying at this home. Cozy and quaint, super clean and very convenient to the boardwalk - about 3 minutes to walk. Also, the beach passes get you onto the Seaside Heights Beach - which is very close to FunTown Beach and Seaside Park but those require different passes to access. I would recommend walking in groups at night from the boardwalk back to the house…it’s just a bit questionable with the motels you have to pass to the area with houses. The owner is super responsive and helpful. The management company does a great job collecting information and is very communicative. Having your own parking spot is a must have in this area and third rental comes with one. Wi-Fi works great! And the AC is nice and cool! Would highly recommend this property to enjoy your stay at Seaside Heights!

The toilet flooded

The toilet flooded. I fell hurt my knee, took a whole day to fix on the phone quite often with the owner and the owner next-door ruined my time. Very disappointing.

Not a 2 bedroom

The townhouse is very nice, clean and in a great location. But it is not a 2 bedroom. The is a bedroom inside of another bedroom. So you go upstairs into a bedroom. In that bedroom, there is a door that leads to another bedroom. And inside that bedroom is the full bath. We made it work but don’t think it should be advertised as a 2 bedroom. Then the issue of our $500 deposit never being refunded. The owners said they communicated with VRBO and they said they refunded it, but we never received it back which resulted in me disputing the charge with my AMEX. Not blaming the owners but what a headache dealing with all of this. Not sure I will ever use VRBO again.

Our stay was wonderful. Cute cozy house. At night the neighborhood was quiet. Just a hop, skip, and a jump to the beach. I will definitely stay here again

Excellent location and very Quiet

2 blocks from boardwalk and beach. Great place for everyone, kids , teenagers and adults. Nice kitchen, big enough to cook for whole family. 2 bedrooms upstairs and main bed with queen bed needs to walk through the other bedroom with the bunk bed and 2 other twin beds. Loved our stay here , would definitely recommend and come back. 5 stars!

Condo was great. Clean and while not very big, still had plenty of room for five of us. Really liked it. It’s neighborhood, while close to the boardwalk and beach, was a bit shady.

great house and location

the house is clean and in an absolutely GREAT location. easy communication with owners thoughout the process. My only recommendation is that a couple things be added to the listing that are understandable but we were caught off guard on during the process. - you will need to buy insurance through vrbo or put an additonal hefty amount down as a deposit - there are items (mainly bed linens and paper products) that you will be responsible for bringing on your own. For most I would imagine these arent a real big deal and prob dont influence the decision to book much. Still, it would be nice if these were stated up front. As much transparency as possible is my recommendation.

Great place to stay

We were very happy with the condo. It was super clean and had everything we needed. Easy check in process with the owner. We were so close to the boardwalk and beach which was great because of the kids. The living room is pretty small but we made it work.

Being so close to the beach and boardwalk, it's super easy to walk back and forth without having to pack up the car, drive to the beach and find a parking spot. Just park in your assigned off-street spot when you arrive and for the rest of the week you can just walk everywhere in Seaside you want to go.
