Step into the comfort of this family oriented, 3 Bed/3 Bath + upstairs loft area, home right on the water where you have cozy views and a private dock. Your vacation awaits as the water "beach" is shallow enough to swim. Your stay promises lots of lakeside chats, relaxation, adventure, and memories to last a lifetime. Sleeps 12-14 guests!

- ☆ Bedroom 2: Queen bed + twin bunk beds
- ☆ Bedroom 3: Queen Bed + twin bunk beds
- ☆ Upstairs Loft Area: Big Sectional couch + smaller couch (open area)

■ Bathrooms:
- ☑ Bathroom 1: full (Primary Ensuite)
- ☑ Bathroom 2: full (Downstairs- guest rooms share this)
- ☑ Bathroom 3: full (Upstairs loft area)
- ☑ Bathroom 4: Outside half bath


■ Spaces:
- ☞ Covered Patio: Relax outdoors on the covered deck/patio area, complete with outdoor seating and space to grill.
- ☞ Dining Area: Gather for meals in the dining area. **Table can only be cleaned with a damp cloth (WATER ONLY)
NO cleaning supplies can be used to wipe down the table.
- ☞ Kitchen: Prepare meals in the fully stocked kitchen, equipped with everything needed for cooking, including a microwave, stove, and oven. NO DISHWASHER- all dishes will need to be HAND WASHED.
- ☞ Lawn/Garden: Enjoy the spacious lawn area, perfect for entertaining and outdoor activities.
- ☞ Patio (downstairs): Relax and socialize, bring some yard games and have fun.
- ☞ Loft- Wet bar area, TV and hang out with friends/family.
-☞ Dock- Owners occupying slip. You can tie up to the side using bumpers (Please bring your own)- ALWAYS pull up dock ladder from water after each use to avoid algae from growing on it.

- ☑ Laundry: Access to a washing machine and clothes dryer is provided for your laundry needs.

1) Best Side Mercantile (10010 FM 1287). Provides a selection of food items specific to the lake along with miscellaneous boat items, swim suits, skis, beach chairs, towels, etc.
2) United Supermarket in Graham (1229 TX 16) and Breckenridge (1207 W Walker). Full grocery store.
3) Wal-Mart Supercenter in Graham
