Bienvenue au paradis! Cette maison de trois étages construite sur mesure est située directement sur la plage à Indian Shores.

L'intérieur présente de magnifiques planchers de bois franc partout et un impressionnant escalier ouvert. La belle cuisine est entièrement équipée avec des appareils haut de gamme. Le salon est bien meublé.

La maison dispose de trois chambres à coucher très confortables, chacune avec sa propre salle de bain complète et un coin salon privé. Deux chambres sont au dernier étage avec balcon en bord de mer. La troisième chambre est au rez-de-chaussée avec un patio privé en bord de mer.

De plus, il y a une buanderie, un mur de bibliothèque et des sièges de fenêtre intégrés offrant une vue spectaculaire sur le coucher de soleil sur le golfe du Mexique. Un petit bureau est juste à côté de la cuisine, avec un bureau intégré.

La connexion Internet et sans fil sont inclus.

La maison a des porches extérieurs à chaque étage, meublés de chaises et de tables.

Plusieurs excellents restaurants et épiceries sont à moins d'un mile. Le Beach Trolly s'arrête à un pâté de maisons, pour les connexions à Clearwater Beach et St. Pete Beach

Informations supplémentaires sur votre maison de vacances: La maison est de trois étages. Le rez-de-chaussée dispose d'un garage pour 2 voitures et d'un parking pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 4 voitures.

Nous fournissons 2 kayaks et des jouets de plage assortis pour les enfants. Sont également inclus 6-8 chaises de plage, 2-3 parasols, divers flotteurs et divers équipements d'activités de plage.

Il y a une douche extérieure privée et fermée avec eau chaude et froide.

Pas d'animaux, non fumeur, pas de fêtes.

Niveau 2: Le deuxième étage a un grand salon confortable et une salle à manger spacieuse avec des sièges pour 6-8.

De plus, il y a une grande cuisine ouverte et entièrement équipée, un petit coin bureau et une salle d'eau. Deux sièges de fenêtre surdimensionnés donnent sur la plage.

Le porche extérieur a des chaises et des tables.

Niveau 3: Le troisième étage a des chambres, chacune avec une salle de bain complète et un balcon en bord de mer, un mur de bibliothèque et la buanderie. De plus, vous trouverez un siège de fenêtre confortable avec une vue imprenable sur la plage

Check in was great. Actually started our vacation a couple hours early. House had everything we needed. The best thing overall was the view and access to the beach. Probably 50 feet to the beach. Definitely plan on renting again!

This is the second time renting this beautiful beachfront home that is absolutely AMAZING! From the decor, cleanliness, location, close proximity to any and everything, and the communication with the host is always great. Group of six adults was perfect. Highly recommend this home and we will rent again. Can’t wait to come back next year!

Excellent vacation home

This was our second year staying in this vacation home. The home is very well cared for and in a great location right on the beach. The main floor is beautiful and spacious--an excellent area for the family to hang-out together. We enjoyed the balconies, outdoor shower, charcoal grill, books/games and beach equipment. Highly recommend!

A PERFECT Getaway!

We had an absolute wonderful stay at “The Beach House”. The property manager is friendly, thorough and did everything she could to ensure our stay was the best it could be. Beach Time!

We enjoyed our stay at the lovely Beach House. Property Manager on duty is ready to welcome you prior by telephone and give s a very through tour of the home upon arrival. The home accommodated the six of us comfortably. We always look forward to vacationing at Indian Shores and hope to return.

This property and house was absolutely a gem on the Gulf. The beach is literally in your backyard. The house itself was spotless, maybe the cleanest rental I’ve ever stayed in. Can’t wait to rent it again next summer. Sunsets were spectacular.

Even better than expected

The pictures online don’t do it justice! The house is lovely and has absolutely everything you could possibly need. Loved the proximity to the water and beach. My kids loved the house and will definitely vote for a return visit next year! Check-in was easy, the property manager was super accommodating and the weather was perfect! Love, love, love our week there!

Great family vacation spot

House was absolutely beautiful & very centrally located. Our kids had a wonderful time on the kayaks out in the gulf & being 50yds from the water. The mother in law suite on bottom floor was perfect for privacy for a couple. The check in and check out was very detailed and likely the reason house is in such great shape. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Beach was very low key, not to busy, definitely a place we will stay again.

Amazing as Always!

Stayed the week with my family. This is our second year here @ the property. We did get stuck in the tropical storm but made the best out of the situation. The communication is amazing!! Gabriele is amazing and makes sure you have everything needed and you know all info needed for stay! If you do by chance need something she is super quick to respond. The house is amazing and beautiful, steps to the beach and comes with everything needed for a day at the beach. You will have chairs, towels, toys, boards, and much much more. You honestly couldn’t ask for a better property or nicer caretakers/owners!

Incredible Beach Front Property!

This property truly exceeded our expectations. The photos do not do it justice. One of the cleanest properties we’ve ever stayed in and we truly felt at home. Just steps from the beach the house comes equipped with all your beach necessities. Enjoy the mornings and evenings on the large deck, patio or two upper balconies. The check in process is slightly lengthy but the property management is communicative and truly wants you to enjoy your stay! We hope to come back with family for years to come.

Greatest place we have stayed yet!!

The house was amazing! Exactly as advertised! The house was super clean and well stocked with anything you might need! You couldn’t ask for a better location, you can walk right out the door and walk into the water. The beach itself is super super clean and quiet, great for a family get away. Also, the host Gabriele is amazing! She makes sure the house has everything needed and decorates the rooms accordingly. She was super super informative about everything needed and was quick to answer any questions! We hope to be back one day!

Amazing!

I have rented many houses for both our family and our group of friends who we vacation with in Florida each year. This property is by far the cleanest and most well kept I have ever rented anywhere . . . hands down perfection! From beautiful polished floors, a lovely interior, well equiped kitchen to hotel quality bed linens, I cannot say enough. I had spoken to the property manager, Gabriele, a few times prior to our trip since this was a new area for us. She could not have been kinder or more accomodating. After we arrived, she made me feel as though she actually wanted to make sure that our stay was perfect and that we had everything we needed to make us more comfortable. She is definitely a gem and we want to come back to this property in part because of her helpfulness and desire to please. Thank you for an amazing vacaiton.

AMAZING Property and Location!

The property and location are absolutely stunning! Our family has been vacationing in the Indian Rocks/Shores area for over 30 years and this is definitely one of my top three spots! The property was extremely nice and clean with wonderful nautical décor. The balconies were absolutely beautiful! The location is right in the middle of many great restaurants and very close to the Johns Pass Boardwalk! The check in process was a little more involved than any other property we have stayed at previously. The property manager contacted us a couple of times before the rental date and gave my family a 30-45 minute walkthrough the day of check in. We felt that the manager was a little too concerned about what our family planned on doing while visiting. Such as who will be sleeping in what room and if we planned on cooking during our stay. The property manager was very nice and professional but some of the excessive explanation/worrying of working simple appliances, what we planned on doing, etc. can come off a little condescending or distrustful. The house was absolutely stunning and had ample room for our family. It was probably the most comfortable property we have ever stayed on, with multiple wonderful bay window seats that are perfect for lounging while reading one of the many great books that can be found in the massive library throughout the house! The views of the beach are one of a kind! Parking was not a problem at all. The property comes stocked with almost any beach toy or gear (such as umbrellas, chairs, etc) that a vacationer may need! Unfortunately we did not have a chance to take out the two kayaks that were there, but if we have an opportunity to stay here again, I will make it happen! For those who have to work while onsite, the WIFI is good. I was able to attend a few conference calls and handle some emails, etc. while onsite with few connectivity issues. The one suggestion that we would make is to install fans on the balconies. There were two nights where there was virtually no sea breeze and the no-see-ums (some people call them sand fleas) had absolutely tore me up. I want to thank the property owners and property manager for the opportunity to rent this unit. It was very nice and my entire family absolutely LOVED our stay. We would be honored to come back another year!
