This lovely cabin has an idyllic location on 5 acres of beautiful woodland with 1000 ft of frontage on the Toccoa river! You only have to walk down to the river with a fishing rod to cast for trout! The location is secluded, but not isolated, and is an outstanding place to unwind! Peaceful relaxation is easy with the solitude, a campfire, and the sound of the Toccoa river in the background! In addition to the superb fishing, the cabin is a wonderful location for enjoying the fall colors of North Georgia!
It is an excellent base camp for bicycling & hiking. There are innumerable road & gravel bicycle routes in the area, all of which are easily accessible from the cabin! There are many outstanding local hiking options and a 20-minute drive gives you access to the Appalachian Trail at 3 different locations: Woody's Gap, Gooch Gap or Coopers Gap! Truly an outstanding, unique, and relaxing North Georgia property!
