Inside, you’ll find a fully stocked kitchen, cozy living area with smart TV, and comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to 13 guests. With two full bathrooms, a washer and dryer, and thoughtful touches throughout—including a private sauna—this home is designed for stress-free vacation living year-round.

- No Smoking: Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home. A $300 fee will be charged if smoking is detected.
- No Parties or Events: We ask that you treat our home with respect. Unauthorized gatherings or events are not permitted.
- Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbors.
- Pet-Friendly: Well-behaved pets are welcome! $50 per pet per stay. Please include pets in your reservation.
- Pet Policy: Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, both indoors and outdoors. Excessive pet hair or damage may result in additional cleaning fees.
- Guest Count: Only registered guests are allowed on the property unless otherwise approved.
- Water Shoes Recommended! For your comfort and safety, we recommend bringing water shoes if you plan to enjoy the lake. The lake may have zebra mussels or sharp rocks, and they can be a little rough on bare feet.
