After a day exploring Erie, gather in the brand new kitchen to mix up meals and memories:) Have a seat at the 10' quartz island to watch the designated chef prepare on brand new gas stove. After dinner, grab dessert, a favorite beverage and watch the sun go down over Lake Erie from the front porch. After dark, enjoy movies and games in the immersive media room with sofa large enough to seat everyone!

Front door opens to dining, kitchen and entertaining space. To the right is Bedroom #1 with a tall queen bed best for optimizing the lake view. Full bathroom between with large soaker tub and shower combo. Next is the door to basement where you will find brand new laundry and emergency toilet just in case someone is taking too long upstairs! Bedroom 2 is adorable with 2 double bunks. Step down into the spacious media room, perfect for spreading out and watching movies. Last is Bedroom 3 that is a top-rated Article sleeper sofa. This room opens to the exterior, perfect for catching up on emails while still keeping an eye out for kids playing in the backyard.

NEARBY BEACH: 3 minute walk to the neighborhood beach at Chautauqua Park. Look for the park bench, then follow the natural-root carved path down to the rocky beach. It's an adventure to climb down but people of all ages enjoy the quiet beach here. TIP: look at the waters edge for hidden beach glass- A perfect Lake Erie souvenir!

LOCATION: Lakeside is a quiet neighborhood at the north east corner of The City of Erie, PA. We are directly across the water from Presque Isle State Park, 15 minutes by car. Local boat ramps
are 3-5 min away at Lampe Marina or Lakeside Boat Launch. Only 5 minutes to downtown, UPMC and Bayfront Convention Center. Boat ramps 3-5 minute drive at Lakeside Boat Launch.
