Welcome to First Light, a cozy vacation rental nestled near the base of the Steamboat Ski Area with access to the Wildhorse Meadow Club amenities! This charming condo located in the First Tracks building offers a perfect blend of comfort and style, making it an ideal retreat for families or small groups seeking adventure and relaxation. Take in the first light of the day from the private deck or enjoy the serene alpenglow on the mountain as you relax after an action packed day!

This spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. The layout features bedrooms on each side of the living space, providing privacy for all. The primary bedroom boasts a queen bed and an en suite bath, while the second bedroom is equipped with two twin beds, perfect for children or friends traveling together!

Step into the inviting living area, where large windows frame the picturesque mountain views, allowing natural light to embrace the home. Enjoy cozy evenings by the television or unwind on the deck, soaking in the scenery. The mini-split air conditioning unit in the living room ensures a comfortable temperature during the warmer summer months. The primary bedroom has a portable AC unit that vents out the window, and there's no AC unit in the twin bedroom. With an east facing aspect and very cool evening temperatures in the summer, opening a window as the sun goes down will cool off the twin bedroom if needed.

The fully equipped kitchen is super functional, featuring modern appliances including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. With ample counter space and a kitchen island, preparing meals will be easy. Enjoy your culinary creations at the 2-top high table or at the breakfast bar with seating for 4.

Safety features such as smoke detectors, a carbon monoxide detector, and a fire extinguisher provide peace of mind during your visit.

Don't forget to take advantage of the communal heated outdoor pool, multiple hot tubs, fitness center and game room at the nearby Wildhorse Athletic Club. Guests of First Light have access to all of these amenities plus more during the ski season months! Just a 5 minute walk away, the private Wildhorse Gondola will whisk you over to the ski area in minutes and the on call shuttle is available for dinner out in downtown Steamboat or to help you get to the grocery store for shopping (both the shuttle and the gondola only available during the ski season).

Located near a variety of attractions, guests can easily access skiing, hiking, and mountain biking trails, as well as local dining and shopping options. The Four Seasons Steamboat Difference

Four Seasons Steamboat manages this Steamboat vacation rental on behalf of the owners. Four Seasons Steamboat is a locally owned and operated property management company located in the heart of Steamboat Springs, Colorado. As locals, we are here to quickly handle any issues and provide expert Steamboat insights! We follow all local rules and state laws regarding taxes, occupancy, and any other nightly rental restrictions.

Each of our vacation rental homes comes with the essentials needed to enjoy your Steamboat Springs vacation; towels, linens, bathroom products, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher soap, tissues, etc. You will be required to electronically sign our vacation home rental agreement to finalize your reservation. Your reservation total includes all applicable state and local taxes, Accidental Damage Protection, and a cleaning fee.

Cancellation Policy:
Non-holiday reservations: Reservations cancelled at least 30 days before arrival day will be refunded 100%. Reservations cancelled 29 or fewer days before arrival date will be refunded whatever amount we can re-book with a new guest. If unable to re-book with a new guest, the entire reservation will be forfeited.

Holiday reservations (the week of Christmas and the week after Christmas): Reservations cancelled at least 45 days before the start of your stay will be refunded 100%. Reservations cancelled 44 or fewer days before arrival date will be refunded the amount we re-book with a new guest. If unable to re-book with a new guest, the entire reservation will be forfeited.

Is there a cancellation fee? You can cancel any reservation for free up to 48 hours after booking. After 48 hours we charge a $100 administrative fee for cancelling a reservation more than 30 days from arrival date (45 for holiday reservations).

We encourage you to buy our Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) insurance to ensure you won't lose any money due to circumstances out of your control.
