Welcome to our beautiful beach home which offers everything needed for a wonderful beach vacation! This magnificent home includes 2 spacious living rooms, 5 master bedrooms with full bathrooms, frameless shower doors and custom tile to the ceiling. There are also custom twin XL built-in bunks to sleep 4 kids or adults! Don't worry about climbing the stairs to load groceries or luggage as the spacious house has a built-in elevator accessible on all floors for convenience. After a full day at the beach, you can enjoy relaxing at our in ground pool which can be heated, especially during cool evenings. You can walk to the beach or choose to drive the 6-seater vibrant red street legal golf cart for convenience! There are plenty of Tommy Bahama beach chairs (10+), beach umbrellas (3+), and lots of beach toys to enjoy the sunshine. Our home is equipped with state-of-the-art modern kitchen stainless steel large appliances (6 burner Viking Range) and a fully stocked kitchen to prepare meals for the whole family. We also have a separate laundry room, plenty of patio/balcony spaces, and can comfortably accommodate up to 16 guests. We are located in the heart of Gulf Place on 30A and less than a 2-minute walk to the beach. Welcome to our beach paradise!

* The property has a security camera covering the front driveway for safety purposes.
* Check-in details, including the keypad door code, will be provided one day prior to your arrival.

IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL:
* Guest required to sign an electronic rental agreement.
* Guest required to provide a photo ID (i.e. driver's license) for verification of identity and proof of insurance coverage for using the gold cart.
* A security deposit of $ 1000 is required which is only a hold (not a charge) and released following your stay with no damages.
