We had a great time! The house is beautiful and the outdoor pool, hot tub, pickleball court and putting green were fabulous! The kitchen could use a few more supplies for cooking but overall a great place to spend Spring Break!

Our stay was amazing. Pictures are accurate and the house was perfect for our entire family. The kitchen was the best stocked we have ever stayed in, and every cabinet was stocked. The backyard was an oasis and we spent most of our time outside even in the Arizona heat. We had more pool days than expected because we didn’t want to leave. Best VRBO I have ever booked. Planning on rebooking for a girls trip soon!!!

Plenty of fun for three generations of family. Really appreciated the game room when the toddler wanted to be awake earlier than the rest of the group! We had a very relaxing family vacation!

Really beautiful Home and roomie and very clean. We had a great time and will definitely be back. Everything worked beautifully except for the barbecue and the spa. Neither one worked. The house is amazingly stocked with towels, blankets, spices. you literally don’t need to bring anything but your clothes and your bathing suit. The game room was amazing. Every bed in the home was extraordinarily comfortable. The pool and slide were over the top amazing.

Hi Vickie, thanks so much for your feedback and for being wonderful guests! I'm happy to report that the spa is fully operational again after having replaced the temperature sensor which was preventing the spa water from heating up, which was likely malfunctioning due to the 110-degree weather during your stay. You had also mentioned issues with the grill, but did not provide the extra requested info to us, which is why that was not addressed during your stay. But rest assured, we have gotten it all fixed and working properly for future guests. Thanks again for staying with us and we look forward to hosting you again in the future!

For those looking for a vacation with your own backyard private water park, this is for you!! So many activities to do without leaving the property. The layout of the home is designed perfectly for multiple families. The home was spacious yet cozy with an unbelievable back patio with multiple seating options provides full coverage from the overhead sun. It's location is peaceful as it sits at the base of the mountains. I would definitely recommend this property. Also, communication with the host was excellent with quick responses.

Our family had an amazing Spring Break stay at Sun Splash Retreat! The home was perfect for our family getaway. The pool was incredible, the slide was a huge hit, and the entire backyard truly felt like a private resort oasis.The game room was also a blast and kept everyone entertained, no matter the age. Laura was a fantastic host—she was available whenever we had a question and responded almost immediately to all communication.We absolutely loved this home and would happily rent it again. Sun Splash Retreat is definitely a must for families looking for a fun and relaxing vacation!

Beautiful property!

We booked this as a staycation for my husbands birthday and it was perfect! We have kids ranging from 1-14 and everyone had a great time. Super clean. Property manager was easy to deal with and very communicative. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful

Place was very clean and beautiful. The part that I did not enjoy was that we had to take our shoes off inside the house, the control fans where not rarely available, and the checking out messages were to many.

Thank you for your feedback Leticia. Part of the reason the place was 'very clean and beautiful' is because we ask guests not to wear outside shoes inside the house. With the light-colored plush carpet throughout the house, it would be impossible to keep it clean when guests track debris in with their shoes. I hope that makes sense! As for the communications prior to checkout, I'm sorry to hear you thought it was too much. I've honestly never had anyone accuse me of over communicating!

Perfect, delightful stay!

We were in town for a family wedding. It was myself, my husband, and our three daughters (20, 16, and 13). My brother also spent a couple nights with us. The location was ideal for us as it was near Superstition Manor where the wedding was. Everything at the property was in tip-top condition and literally every amenity has been considered (coffee, condiments, the best smelling soaps, etc). Perfectly outfitted kitchen and bathrooms as well as full laundry and game room. The pool and water slide were superstars of our trip. It was really nice to have a mini-vacay as part of our trip and enjoy the best of the desert. Conveniently located near a CVS and grocery store as well. Superior communication with our host! Would absolutely recommend this spot. Beautiful time in the desert for this Chicago crew.

The house and pool was above and beyond our expectations. The amenities at the house such as a ninja mixer, multiple crockpots, an air fryer and stocked cabinets with spices and glassware allowed our party of 12 to cook and prepare meals as if we were at home. I’ve never rented a place that provided everything you could ever need so you never have to leave-it’s worth the rental price. The pool is huge and the water falls, slide and large hot tub/spa has you feeling like you are at your own private resort. Our 6 kids used the game room constantly when it was a cloudy/rainy day or needed a break from swimming. And we ran pickleball tournaments with the kids all week long. If you are looking to spend family time at a private resort-this is the place. Our house manager Laura was so responsive-texting us when we got there to make sure everything was going well as well as checking in with us to make sure we had the pool heated correctly (which is hard to do in Dec/Jan but the pool was heated perfectly and the spa was always hot) This house was by far one of top 2 houses I’ve rented in my many years of doing VRBO. The house it set up such that every room except 1 has a bathroom attached so it’s as if it has 5 master suites. We stayed 6 nights and the first two nights were very windy, so leaves and stuff blew in the pool but they have a pool guy come on Wednesdays to clean the pool which was so nice.
