C'est vraiment une belle escapade en été, en automne, en printemps et en été (toute l'année) à seulement 6 milles (5 minutes à pied) de la plage (par exemple, g. Parker's River Beach & South Middle), .3 miles à Skull Island (mini-golf-complexe de divertissement), .2 miles au village irlandais pour votre divertissement et à distance de marche de nombreux restaurants, magasins et autres plages (par exemple, g. South Middle Beach).

Cette maison impeccable offre 4 chambres (lit king, lit queen, 2 jumeaux, 1 lit complet + 1 lit pliant); dort confortablement 8 ou plus! Cette maison dispose de 2 salles de bain complĂštes, centrale AC et se trouve dans Bass Bass populaire. De plus, il y a beaucoup de place pour le stationnement dans la rue.

What a wonderful weekend! The entire home is PERFECT & has literally everything and anything you need to make you stay perfect. Brenda was quick to respond to any question we had and is an amazing host. Everything is CLEAN & labeled for easy access. Check in and check out was seamless. I loved the binder which had everything you needed to know about the house and even restaurants to try in the area. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone who wants an amazing getaway! Wonderful getaway

"A Wave From It All" is a charming well-renovated house with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing stay. We enjoyed the yard, especially the outdoor games and shower, and loved being able to walk to the beach every day. Brenda is an attentive and responsive host who clearly cares about her guests' comfort. We would love to come back!

Amazing house...Amazing Location

This home had everything we needed to enjoy our family vacation. It was well appointed both inside and out. Beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, and more. Outdoor games, firepits (wood and gas), and plenty of outdoor seating. The fenced in backyard was beautifully landscaped, and was the perfect playground for my two young ( 3 & 1) grandsons. The interior of the house has a great layout with 4 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms(plus an outdoor shower), and was immaculate upon our arrival. The location was perfect. A short walk to Parker River Beach & restaurants. We had a great time, and highly recommend renting this home.

Cape Getaway

The homeowner was responsive and clear with questions prior to our visit. The home was in a great location close to beaches restaurants and shops. Also a safe neighborhood for walking. Our teenagers liked being able to walk to the beach, for ice cream, or to mini golf. Inside the house was amazing, matching the pictures we saw in the app, a cute, large cape, that was neat and clean. The back yard was bigger than it seemed in the pictures; we spent most of our time there. If we go to the Cape again, we will be booking this house. Thank you for some great memories!

A wonderful home.

The house has everything you would ever need or want and Brenda and Michael were so helpful and communicative. They took care of everything that we needed and the location is close to the beach as well as grocery stores, coffee, and gas. I highly recommend staying here!

3 generations on first time home rental

Each of us walked into an immaculate, bright, welcoming home and were in awe of all the amenities. Not sure if Brenda knew we love spices, but were albe to find everything. Only down side was the trip was too short. My boys and my husband loved the grilling and gaming while my mom and i enjoyed the fire pit. Plenty of space to spread out yet cozy to keep everyone together. Surely, we didn't need to bring anything for our stay, only food we wanted to cook. How can you think of everything a family can need. Thank you for a wonderful memorable vacation BrendađŸ€—â€

Beautiful Home and Location

We enjoyed our stay here and a wonderful time. The property is beautifully landscaped, clean and well maintained. It is exactly as described and pictures shown are current. Due to the weather, we didnt get to fully use the back yard (we were down in May) but I know we would have loved to sit out by the firepit. However, we did enjoy the comfortable living room with the fireplace inside. The kitchen had everything we needed and has been one of the best equipped out of all the houses I have ever rented. Brenda was a pleasure to deal with and made our stay very enjoyable. We would definitely rent this house again. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Fall Foliage Escape to New England

This property was exquisite. My husband and I spent two days there with another couple over a crisp New England Fall weekend, and it was perfect! The property was beautiful and immaculate. The decor was elegant, and the furnishings were sophisticated and comfortable. The home was equipped with everything we needed from kitchenware to bar tools. Days were spent leaf-peeping and exploring Cape Cod, and evenings were spent drinking port around the wood burning fire pit in the backyard. Our host Brenda was responsive to all inquiries we had about the home and went the extra mile to make sure that we had some extra features that were important to our stay. As four southerners looking for the quintessential Fall experience, it was exactly what we had hoped for!

Amazing Property Close to the Beach and much more

The property located close to the beach, stores, mini-golf, restaurants and more. The property was extremely clean and fully equipped. The fenced in backyard was private and also offered a wood and gas fire place, outdoor shower, cornhole and axe throwing. We would highly recommend this property and will def be back.

AMAZING!!!

After 20 years of staying on the cape! This house is a jewel! I had driven past it many times over the years n’ finally had the opportunity to rent it and man was the wait ever worth it! The pictures don’t do it justice. The house is fully stocked with even more than I could have hoped for.. We had family in and out thru the week teens, young adults, lil cousins. The Ax throwing was a hit with all young n’ old! The outdoor shower was perfect for after beach days! Brenda n’ Mike were so helpful with anything I needed. We loved it so much it is our new GO to spot!! ❀

Great Cape House

We recently stayed at this property for a family New Years weekend. The home is spacious and very clean. The home is also set up perfectly with two bedrooms and a bathroom in one area and another two bedrooms and bathroom in another. As we stayed in the winter we really did not seasonally enjoy the backyard, however the backyard has an outdoor shower, is very spacious and private with an outdoor shower . The owner was very assessable during our whole stay. We would recommend and absolutely stay here again.

Amazing Property

The stay was great. The property owners were very easy to contact and helpful. The house itself was great and the backyard is an amazing space, especially with two little kids. Totally fenced in, tons of space, and lots of outdoor games. The outdoor shower is easily the nicest we've ever had in the cape and was great for post beach trips. Kitchen was fantastic, fire pit very nice, bedrooms were good. Nice open concept and very close to beach and everything in Yarmouth that you want to get to. Will definitely be renting this property again!

Another great stay!

This is the third time that our family (ranging in age from 15 months to adult) has rented Brenda's home and each time we have not been disappointed. Recent updates to the kitchen added additional storage and counter space. An additional full size refrigerator was very helpful for food and drinks! The fenced in yard is especially helpful for the little ones. Highly recommend this rental.

The most impressive rental property I've ever stayed in

My family, consisting of myself, wife, mother, step-father, mother-in-law, and 2 young kids were absolutely blown away from our week-long stay at "Pappy's Place". - Spotless cleaning - Immaculate landscaping (the backyard was such a hit with the kids) - Wonderful decor - Comfortable furniture and beds - Quaint and quiet neighborhood - Short proximity to an outstanding beach - Restaurants, shopping, and entertainment galore within walking distance - And lastly, which was the biggest seller of all, you WILL NOT find a property with more amenities than Pappy's Place. From kitchen and cleaning supplies, to games (indoor/outdoor), beach gear, and even propane/fire wood, they have EVERYTHING. Thank you to Brenda and Michael! We won't look further than Pappy's Place when we return to The Cape!

Clean and modern

We stayed here for a few nights in June and were very comfortable. The appliances and furniture appeared recently updated and the house was very clean. The owners communicated well through text and were accommodating to our requests. The house is a short walk to the beach and has a nice backyards space so we spent a lot of time outdoors. I would stay here again.

We are a family of 5 and we have enjoyed going to Cape Cod for our entire lives. South Yarmouth is our favorite town on the Cape because it is central to virtually every attraction the cape offers. So many lasting memories have been made on the Cape and we hope you enjoy your vacation on the Cape as much as we do!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We purchased this beautiful home in 2017 (our retreat from the city) and we believe you will enjoy this home as much as we do. We have equipped the home with many items, which we believe will enhance your vacation experience. You will find a new Central AC System, clean & new appliances, new beds & mattresses, pancake griddle, waffle maker, firepits (wood or propane), gas and charcoal grills, coffee maker and outside shower (incredible after a long hot day on the beach) and much more! And if you have an electric vehicle/car - we have a charger for you!

There are multiple playgrounds in the area, lots of mini-golf and golf courses within a short distance, lots of family activities such as an Inflatable Water Park and an indoor water park at the Cape Codder Resort (open to the public) and of course the beach (less than 1/2 mile away).

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

When we say central location - we mean central! There are so many things to do, if you do not want to lounge around the house. Most destinations are less than 2 miles away if not closer!!

You can walk to entertainment at the Irish Village, walk to mini-golf at Skull Island (which also has go-karts, driving range, arcade & batting cages. Walk to our favorite Italian Restaurant (Gerardi's) - better than the restaurants of the North is so much to do, you will never be bored. There is more than you can imagine!!
