Our Beautiful luxurious villa will be your home from home in the glorious Caribbean island of Antigua.

Our Exquisite and newly renovated villa is set on the beachfront of St James Club's glorious Mamora bay and the only Villa to boast its own private pool.

Tucked away on a secluded 100-acre peninsula on the southeastern coast of Antigua, St James offers the best of the Caribbean with an upscale casual ambiance with a longstanding reputation of exceptional care and service.

Antigua Bay Villa suits all needs whether it be for couples, families or groups with 3 large bedrooms. The master bedroom consists of a US King/UK Super King with twin bunk beds for the kids. Bedroom 2 also has a US king/UK super king bed with a cot/crib bed for an Infant and bedroom 3 has a US queen/UK king. Both the master bedroom and bedroom 3 have en suites shower rooms. There is a further family bathroom separating the 3 rooms. There is also the option to use the sofa bed in the living area for a teenager. There is a spacious living area, inside dining as well as al fresco dining on our balcony as you soak up the stunning views both day and night.

The villa can host up to 6 adults and up to 4 Children Max, however we recommend 2-8 Persons.

Given the location the villa is also just an 8 minute drive to English Harbour where there is nightlife, restaurants and supermarkets aplenty as well as the historic Nelsons Dockyard. There is a brochure showcasing local places to eat, beaches to visit and things to do around the island, as well as helpful hints and tips to make your stay at Antigua Bay Villa a memorable one. Both of our villa managers are locals, and will also help guide you through your stay.

This villa was absolutely perfect. Check in was really easy- they were expecting us and were well prepared for our arrival. The villa itself was very well maintained, very pretty, and spacious! They thought of all the little details which made this stay even more wonderful. They had provided many of the essentials for us upon our arrival (water, milk, coffee, unlimited beach towels, pool towels, etc.) and even provided beach bags and reusable water bottles. The host was amazing at responding to any questions quickly, as were the staff at the resort. Overall we would highly recommend this location to families or adults traveling alone. We travel a bit and this villa had the best amenities of any place that we have ever booked.

The private pool was great and beach access was convenient. There was a storm when we were there which may have caused the internet to not be available in the unit but the resort had internet that we could use when we were in range. Great stay, would book again.

My family (including grandparents, daughter and son in law, and grandchildren) had an EXCELLENT stay at Antigua Bay Villa, on the St James Club resort. With its own priivate pool, and at the "quiet" end of Mamora Bay, it was an ideal location for a multi-generational family holiday. We were able to take advantage of resort amennities but had lots of privacies. Owners Andrew and Sarah Elizabeth really extended themselves to make sure we had a wonderful stay, including assistance with pre provisioning groceries, so they were stocked when we arrived.We are already planning to return next year!Thanks to allSteve

We stayed at Antigua Bay Villa for 9 nights in August and had the most wonderful holiday. From the moment we arrived, every detail had been thoughtfully considered. The welcome hamper was a lovely touch, and Andrew & Sarah were exceptional hosts throughout.We travelled as a family of 6, including 2 young children and grandparents, and the villa was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with high-quality equipment and everything we could possibly need.The pool was perfect for young children, and the beautiful, secure outdoor space meant we could genuinely relax. The location is another major strength: being on the doorstep of St James’s gives you resort facilities while retaining the privacy and luxury of your own villa. We loved our morning walks along the beach and seeing the wildlife!The owners’ information booklet was full of helpful recommendations, and swimming with the pigs was an unforgettable highlight. Vaness and Fenton were always available to help, and our driver, Evol, was a delight, sharing fascinating insights into Antigua’s history and culture.Hiring a car was easy, allowing us to explore some of the island’s beautiful west-coast beaches. We also loved sampling the local food, with Antigua Yacht Club providing a perfect final evening.We had an incredible time and feel very fortunate to have stayed here. Antigua Bay Villa truly combines luxury, comfort and convenience, and we would not hesitate to recommend it. We very much hope to return!

A glorious Villa with pool and being right on the beach was just amazing. Even better than the photos. Beautifully clean and inviting with welcome gifts and a stocked larder to get us started. The hosts were great and were on hand when needed for taxi's etc. Nothing was too much trouble. We shopped locally at Crab Hole and Epicurean for the BBQ. Lots to do on the island but found being round the pool just perfect.

We loved our stay at Antigua Bay Villa!! Even before we packed our bags at home, the communication from Andrew and Sarah was excellent. Check in was smooth and easy and when we saw the villa - WOW! The view was amazing, and we couldn’t wait for our first splash in the pool. My family all said it was the best supplied home we have ever rented. The resort has everything you could want, restaurants and pickleball and trivia games and beach parties and more. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and spacious and it felt like every detail was covered. The welcome bag was so thoughtful, we used our water bottles all trip. There was even bug spray and face masks!! We spend fun evenings as a family playing on the PS5 and had an excellent cook out on the grill. We were very close to a supermarket and the resort had taxis ready any time we needed - no waiting. We were also close to Shirley Heights and English Harbor. If we could give this place 10 stars we would!

A lovely panoramic setting across Mamora Bay, what a great resort, and what a lovely country Antigua is. Wow!From our initial enquiry, booking the villa, arrival and departure, it was all been stress free thanks to exemplary communications. To have ready access to the owners and property managers is a real bonus. Answering queries or arranging transportation, they were always available.For the benefit of other readers looking for a special holiday home in Antigua, we can say the property detail listing accuracy is 100% accurate. We would like to emphasise the villa is very spacious and the 3 shower facilities are excellent, & so spacious you can fit a five a side football team in them!The villa is very well equipped and has everything you need for your stay, including a lovely welcome pack on arrival to help you settle in. Photographs never do justice, but only when you’re here in person and experience for yourself do you realise just how beautiful the setting is.Being located on the luxurious St James’s Club resort, you have access to their facilities, gym, tennis, pickleball & sailing & more, with the option to be ‘all inclusive’ you can dine at the cafes and restaurants - it’s great to have the flexibility.We have had the best time.

Absolutely beautiful resort and even more incredible staff/community!We are a Canadian family of 5 (with one toddler) who recently returned from Antigua and could not have better things to say about it.The villa managers, Vanessa and Andrew, were so welcoming upon arrival and the chauffeur from the airport, Evol, was a great driver. He not only brought us a car seat (so we didnt have to travel with one), but also gave us a glimpse into the communities around Antigua and suggested some outings for us.The villa itself was very clean, organized, and well laid out for a family of 5. I would even say it could sleep another 2-4 people comfortably. The managers made sure we had sufficient food upon our late arrival to make dinner and breakfast for the next day. Very thoughtful! St James Club is a stunning resort with just enough action for a quiet family. The weather was consistently 30 degrees and only dropping 2 degrees overnight. We visited early November, so the locals told us it cools down more towards end of January into April. I highly recommend visiting The English Harbour for good history and even better food with a view. All to say, this place is a 10/10 and we hope to visit again in the near future!

Wow! What can I say? We’ve just returned from our stay in Antigua, and it truly was the holiday of a lifetime.From the very beginning, Sas and Andrew went above and beyond to make everything effortless. They were always on hand before, during, and even after our stay to answer any questions, making the whole booking process seamless, personal and stress-free.The villa is absolutely stunning and perfect for guests of all ages. It was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Situated in a prime location within St. James's Club Resort, it boasts breathtaking views, direct beach access, and the added luxury of a private pool—something we made great use of!The resort itself has a real luxury feel, with excellent facilities and friendly, welcoming staff who couldn't have been more helpful. We couldn't recommend this villa highly enough and would encourage anyone considering a trip to Antigua to book it. We can't wait to return!
