La plage est à quelques pas de votre Ocean One patio à ce complexe de bord de mer à South Forest Beach. Avec patios sur le salon et la chambre principale, les personnes séjournant dans Ocean One 121 bénéficient d'un accès facile à l'océan Atlantique et ses plages de sable blanc ainsi que la piscine en bord de piscine. Après des heures dans les vagues, les vacanciers rincer sous la douche en plein air situé sur la plage privée du complexe passerelle puis plongent dans la piscine d'eau douce. Great location! Pictures online are accurate. Perfect setup for family with young kids. Pool was heated and good beach access. The grounds were very well taken care of. Overall, the condo was clean but there was a few issues. There was mold in the dishwasher and washing machine. At the doorways where the carpet started, some of the nails pocket through from the tack strips. Minor issues that could be addressed and make it 5 stars, easy. We really liked the tiki bar nextdoor. I see a lot of reviews about the music. We were first floor on that side, ground floor, and didn’t think it was an issue.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, the condition of the condo was poor and dated. Headboard unattached to bed. 2 of the sinks drained poorly. When we called about this, a plumber came out the next day and simply removed the stopper from the drain. Although that fixed the problem, it doesn't help for those of us that put contacts in your eyes and need the stopper to prevent your contacts from going down the drain, if dropped. For the money we paid, we were expecting better.

Stay was Great

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in unit 221 Ocean One this past week. The location was fabulous with the pool just a few steps away from the back patio and the beach only a short walk further. Having Coligny Circle and the Tiki Hut right next door was great. Our kids really enjoyed the pool and thye beach. The only negatives were that the beds were very uncomfortable in all bedsrooms. The mattresses and beddings were of poor quality. We had to have service come and fix the dryer which seems to be near needing replacement. Even with these couple negatives, I would highly recommend the place. It was great.

I don't recommend this vacation rental

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo needs some overall maintenance. The dryer made a horrible noise, the fridge leaked, master bathroom toilet had flushing issues, carpet needed cleaned. we have stayed at other ocean one condos that were great, this one not so much. We will stay at Ocean one again, just not this particular condo. We love Ocean One's location, its pool and closeness to the Ocean.
