This home is located on the Gulf of America, which experiences various weather conditions from season to season. The homeowners do not offer refunds or discounts unless a named storm threatens the area and results in a recommended or mandatory evacuation order.

**PARKING**
Guests will be given one parking pass once they check in. This parking pass was included in your booking as a $10 management fee. This pass needs to be kept visible in your vehicle at all times.
