OCEAN VIEW - Escape to this eighth-floor studio at Top of the Gulf, offering panoramic views of Panama City Beach’s blue waters. Enjoy the Resort pool, grab snacks at the Surf Shack or relax on the beach`s white sands. With restaurants and attractions nearby and a short drive to St. Andrews State Park or Pier Park, adventure awaits!

With restaurants and entertainment within walking distance, and just a short drive to St. Andrews State Park`s untouched beaches or the excitement of Pier Park, your perfect getaway awaits.

This studio condo is on the 8th floor of Top of the Gulf with some of the best ocean views in the whole complex. You`ll have a cozy bedroom area with a queen-sized bed, a bathroom with a walk-in shower (no tub), and a kitchenette with a small fridge and freezer, movable cooktop, and combination microwave/air fryer to warm up leftovers or cook light meals. The condo is set up for a maximum of 2 adult guests, with one queen bed. Although there is no balcony in the unit itself, there are two shared balcony spaces facing the beach on every floor.

- Coin-Operated Laundry Facility (no washer/dryer in the condo)

The resort fee of $30 is not included in the booking price. It is payable by cash only (no card) upon arrival at the front desk. The resort fee includes one parking pass. Any additional vehicles will need to be parked off site to ensure parking availability.

Wristbands are required while on resort property and for access to the resort amenities, including the pool. Wristbands will be placed in the condo prior to the guest`s arrival and are required to be left upon departure. Failure to do so will result in a $50 charge per missing wristband.

Top of the Gulf is an older complex built in 1976 that has been beautifully maintained by a tight-knit community of individual owners. The condo association, front desk, maintenance, and security staff enforce all of the property rules that keep our community in great shape.

Things to Note:
- The individual booking must be 21+ and staying at the condo for the duration of the stay.
- Wristbands must be worn at all times on property.
- No additional visitors are allowed on property, even temporarily.
- No pets allowed.
- No smoking in the unit. Smoking is allowed in designated areas on each floor.
- No golf carts, slingshots or scooters allowed on property.
- Quiet hours from 11pm to 8am.
