Summary:

Swift's Rest is professionally decorated with high end furnishings that give attention to every detail. The rooms are large and open and is perfect for multiple families, large groups or just one family. The pool and spa are south facing with fully covered lanai with outdoor seating and lounges to enjoy the beautiful weather. Bonus no rear neighbors! Safety fence is available for the safety of small children.

One story home with one approved dog allowed with $250 pet fee. Game room.



The Space:

Beautiful and well maintained one story home located in desired Champions Gate. Walk in to the perfect relaxing retreat. 1st bedroom on the left, Mickey's Adventure has 2 twin beds and has a Jack n Jill bathroom that connects it with Dotty's Room which has a twin and a double bed. Go down the hall and on the right is a bathroom and a large bedroom, Harmony Haven, with King bed that also has a separate entrance into the dining area. Large separate dining room, open concept kitchen and living room. Master bedroom, Serenity Retreat, is very large and completely separate from the other rooms, has private en suite and private door to the pool/patio area.

Champions Gate is a large, resort-style master-planned community in Davenport, just southwest of Orlando, known for its luxury vacation rentals, championship golf (Greg Norman courses), and abundant amenities like pools, lazy rivers, fitness centers, and close proximity (10-15 mins) to Disney World, offering a resort feel with residential options (townhomes, condos, houses) and a central location for exploring Central Florida.



Getting Around:

Our home is conveniently located to all attractions in Central Florida and easily accessible by Uber/Lyft.

Other Things to Note:

This is a vacation home. We offer some complimentary supplies until you have a chance to purchase them. (2 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 garbage bags, 1 soap and 1 fabric softener, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish detergent, a few loads of pods for the dishwasher and 1 soap (per bathroom).

We don't leave any kind of seasoning or food to avoid contamination.

THIS HOUSE IS SELF-CATERING. Please stop by your nearest supermarket to purchase personal toiletries and desired meals.

We expect all guest to maintain the home in the good condition it was found in and make sure to keep clean. Any damages will be charged to the guests. Quiet hours are from 11pm-7am.

Only guests on the reservation are allowed in the home unless we give permission.



MUST have approval of dog from management before arrival. Dog must be 35lbs or less. No cats allowed.



No parties, no illegal drugs, and no smoking inside allowed.



POOL HEAT-IMPORTANT

* Pool and spa heat can be available for $45/night-

*Needs 3 days notice prior to arrival to be turned on.

*Pool heater must be turned on for the full duration of your stay, temperature will not exceed 95F.

*Attached spa is NOT a jacuzzi. It does not have jets. It can only be heated if the entire pool is heated. They both will have the same temperature.

*Heaters works through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.



Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions. This way causes a temporary shut off of services automatically until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently. (This is optional and may not be available at times.)
