Appartement très lumineux et aéré du cinquième étage dans un immeuble d'ascenseur moderne avec portier de jour. Bâtiment et quartier très sûrs. La région s'appelle Magenta-Centro et se trouve à distance de marche des principales attractions touristiques. Le Duomo, la cathédrale gothique de Milan, se trouve à dix minutes à pied de l'appartement. La dernière cène de Leonardo est à deux pâtés de maisons. Le Castel de Milan est en panne. À proximité immédiate de l'appartement, il existe de nombreux cafés, bars et restaurants.

Such a charming family home with fully equipped kitchen.Terrific location within easy walking distance (10-20 minutes) to major attractions -- La Scala, Duomo, Castle Sforza, Da Vinci's Last Supper, etc. Carrefours grocer around the corner, major bars & restaurants, historic churches and ,museums everywhere. Absolutely perfect.!

My family and I enjoyed our stay in July and the apartment was perfect in a very nice building. It's in a very good location as well. Our first time in Milan and we were lucky enough to find a great apartment with a great host with long term local knowledge. The location is perfect and the apartment is large with pleant of space.

Eric and his family communicated very well before their arrival in Milan; stayed in touch during their stay in my apartment; and left the place neat and in good order the way they found it. Great Stay in Milan!

Great apartment in super location in Milan! We were an easy walk to the store, subway, restaurants, etc. We are a family of 6 and there was plenty of room to stretch out. A/C and laundry were really helpful. Andrew was easy to communicate with and easily available if needed. Thank you again for opening your home to our family!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this spacious and nicely furnished apartment. We loved the neighborhood. Great Stay in Milan

We had a great time at Andrew’s place in Milan- what an amazing find for our family vacation. Plenty of space for everyone and right in the heart of Milan. Convenient to a main metro and train station and just a couple blocks from the castle. Andrew was so helpful and we cannot thank you enough for all the coordination help and restaurant recommendations!

Andrew was very receptive and responsive to our needs. The apartment was lovely and spotless. Would be nice to have queen or king size beds in at least two rooms. Dear Joy, I am sorry to hear that you would have preferred double beds. It would have been no problem at all. My misunderstanding: I thought your group was all single people. Truly sorry about the misunderstanding. Two bedrooms can easily be set up with double beds. In the third bedroom it is impossible

A great place and a super host!

Andrew is an amazing host. He is very communicative and cares about getting you settled in. The apartment is also a great place to stay in Milan. It’s got great access to the metro and near many interesting sights. Oh the towels! We’ve stayed in several places this trip and Andrew has the best towels of any place we’ve been!

PERFECT Location in Milan

The apartment is ideally located. Basilica di Santa Maria delle Grazie is just a few blocks away. Sforza Castle was less than a 10 min walk and the Duomo was maybe 15 mins away by foot. Trams were easy options.Metro is is less than 2 mins away along with Milano Cadorna train station (express to Malpensa) Market up the street, wine shops and restaurants around the corner - couldnt be betterI cant say enough about our host Andrew - he went WAY above expectations to make sure we got in to the apartment and were settledThe apartment is very well appointed and has everything you could ask for. We thoroughly enjoyed it and it was a perfect base of operations

Andrew is a wonderful host. He is very responsive and accommodating. The apartment was perfect for us. The location is excellent, very close to both the Metro and tourist destinations. The apartment is spacious with very high ceilings. It contained everything we needed. A big thanks to Andrew!

wow - amazing location and wonderful apartment

the ideal location in a great building with everything going on all around it. fantastic host with A++ communication, tips on how to get from the airport, where to eat, things to do - like getting a travel agent and a time share all in one. the rooms on the street side will get noisy when the bars close and the streets fill with the weekend crowed stumbles home so have some earplugs handy, a small inconvenience but worth it to be in the heart of milan.

A travel agent? Wow, Michael, that’s a big compliment. Thank you. As for the noise…I hope you made good use of that strange Italian invention called “tapparelle”. They are rolled-down shades that seal off all outside light and noise 100%. I have them on every window in the apartment. You roll them down and sleep like a baby. Next time? 😜

This property was outstanding in every way. The host, Andrew, was over the top. He was so nice and accommodating. Check in was perfect and easy. The apartment itself was very very clean and very quiet. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone at anytime. A 10 plus!!!!

I'm originally from Milan but have lived in New York for many years. This apartment has been in the family since it was built in 1950. For years it was used by my family. Now, it is my home a few weeks a year when I am in Milan. The rest of the time, I make it available for international visitors who prefer the more intimate experience of a home rather than a hotel.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

You will be hard pressed to find a more central location in Milan, conveniently served by two subway lines, several busses and trams, and a direct link to Malpensa International Airport. The part of Milan that matters to international visitors is all at your feet, within walking distance from my apartment.

The apartment is in the historic center of the city. Yet, the building is modern; therefore, you are surrounded by the beauty of Milan's history while enjoying the convenience of a modern apartment. We grew up in this apartment as a family and you will have that wonderful sense that you are stepping into someone's home, not into an anonymous hotel room or an impersonal investment property. What matters to me is that you feel like a friend invited to stay in my apartment, not like a stranger whisked in and out.
