With essentials like a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker, you can prepare fresh meals before heading out to explore Waikoloa Village.



Sleeping arrangements

Two tranquil bedrooms provide restful comfort after a day outdoors. The primary features a king bed and Smart TV, while the second offers a queen bed and its own screen for quiet evenings. Soft bed linens, extra pillows, and cooling air conditioning ensure peaceful nights. Two full bathrooms and in-home laundry make this condo ideal for families or two couples.



Outdoor living

Please note that check-in is required at the front desk, located to the left of the Hali'i Kai gated entry. During check-in, you will receive your Ocean Club access pass. The front desk is open daily from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The resort charges a mandatory fee of $25 per day, per unit for amenity access. This fee must be paid directly to the resort at check-in by credit card only, cash and checks are not accepted. **NOTE: Starting September 1st, 2026 the resort fee will increase to $35/day.**

Guests staying at Hali’i Kai Condos are required to pay a mandatory resort fee of $25 per day to access the amenities. Please note the following:

Credit card payment only, cash or checks are not accepted. Upon arrival, check in at the Hali’i Kai front desk, located to the left of the gated entry.

At check-in, you will receive your Ocean Club access pass once the resort fee is paid. **NOTE: Starting September 1st, 2026 the resort fee will increase to $35/day.**



Pet Policy

Please note that this is a pet-free property. We kindly ask all guests to respect this policy. If an unauthorized pet is discovered on the premises, immediate removal will be required, and a non-refundable fee of $1,000 will be charged.

***IMPORTANT*** There is a $25/day (per unit) RESORT FEE at Hali'i Kai for the Ocean Club pass that gives you access to the amenities and gets you a parking pass for Hali'i Kai. This needs to be paid upon check-in at the resort front desk. Cash and Checks are not accepted.
