Pet Policy for Airbnb Guests
We are pleased to welcome your furry friends to our property! To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for all guests, the following pet policy applies:

1. Pet Size and Number Limits
Guests may bring either:
One (1) dog weighing up to 75 pounds, or
Two (2) dogs with a combined weight of no more than 75 pounds.

2. No Cats Allowed
Cats are not permitted due to severe allergies.

3. Pet Fee
A non-refundable pet fee of $225 per stay will be applied to cover additional cleaning and maintenance.

4. House Rules for Pets
Pets must be house-trained.
Keep pets off furniture and bedding.
Clean up after your pets both indoors and outdoors.
Dogs are not allowed inside pool area

5. Supervision
Pets should not be left unattended unless crated.

6. Damage Responsibility
Guests are liable for any damage caused by their pets, including extra cleaning or repairs.
The pet fee covers routine cleaning for the next guest. Additional damages will incur separate charges.
If your dog is a puppy or prone to chewing, we recommend waiting until they are more mature before bringing them.

7. Restricted Breeds or Behaviors
Pets displaying aggressive or disruptive behavior, such as excessive barking, are not allowed.

8. Enforcement and Monitoring
Our team regularly patrols the property and works closely with housekeeping and maintenance staff.
Exceeding pet limits (more than two dogs or exceeding weight limits) will result in notification and possible additional fees or cancellation of your stay.
Noise complaints or reports of aggressive behavior will be taken seriously to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests.
