Upon entering the building for the first time, you will need to provide the concierge with a photo ID and pay the $50 one-time non refundable resort fee at the time of check-in.
This fee is per person or per couple (minors excluded). Once checked in, you can make your way up to your freshly cleaned gorgeous unit awaiting you!
Detailed check-in instructions will be provided to you 48 hours before your arrival.
During your stay, you will be provided with a key for the front door, a key card to access the building as well as the elevator and amenities and, if needed, a key card to access the assigned parking space in the private garage.
Lost or damaged key cards may be subject to a $50 replacement fee per card.
Arriving early or late check out? Not a problem!
If we aren't able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out the front desk will be able to hold your luggage while you explore the neighborhood for a $25 dollar fee. Please advise that only for 24 hrs.
- No parties or events allowed.
-Please remember this is a non-smoking residence and home please don't smoke.
-No unregistered guests allowed. Guest can receive visitors but they must check in at the front desk and leave their ID with the front desk agent. Visitors MUST LEAVE THE BUILDING BY 11:00 PM.
