Toute nouvelle cuisine avec des appareils Sub Zero est le rêve du chef.
La maison est située au centre de Wainscott, à 10 minutes d'East Hampton Village, à 10 minutes de Sag Harbor Village et à 10 minutes de la plage de Wainscott. Nous sommes commodément à 5 minutes d'un petit traiteur, d'un restaurant chinois, d'une boutique de bagels, d'un magasin de vin, d'une boulangerie Levain et Breadzilla et de The Seafood Shop.

La maison a un loft ouvert comme un plan d'étage avec 2 zones multimédia / TV avec un téléviseur Samsung 85 "dans la tanière. Il y a beaucoup de lumière et le salon et la cuisine mènent à une arrière-cour tentaculaire et bien entretenue avec piscine et douche extérieure. L'espace de divertissement extérieur comprend un barbecue weber, une table à manger pour 10 personnes et 6 chaises longues.

La maison dispose de 5 chambres, chacune avec leur propre salle de bain et douche. La maison est parfaite pour se divertir avec une grande cuisine et une grande table de ferme en bois pouvant accueillir 12 personnes.

La maison a le wifi, l'air central, une grande zone laveuse et sécheuse au sous-sol. Il y a un grand parking pour plusieurs véhicules.
La maison est très privée sur 1. 6 acres et est entourée de bois.

Locations familiales seulement! Notre maison de vacances est réservée aux familles. Nous ne louons pas aux étudiants en vacances ou aux jeunes adultes (moins de 30 ans) non accompagnés par un parent ou tuteur responsable. Nous avons besoin d'un parent pour deux personnes de moins de 27 ans. UN PARENT DOIT RESTER DANS L'UNITÉ EN TOUT TEMPS. Les mariages, les réceptions de mariage, les bals de finissants ou les fêtes de toute nature ne sont pas autorisés dans ou sur la propriété de notre maison. NOTRE MAISON EST SURVEILLÉE POUR LA VIOLATION DE CETTE POLITIQUE. TOUS LES VIOLATEURS SERONT EXPULSÉS ET TOUS LES PAIEMENTS DE LOCATION SERONT ANNONCÉS ET DES FRAIS SUPPLÉMENTAIRES SERONT APPLIQUÉS! Perfect stay in a gorgeous Wainscott home

John’s home was perfect for our family which included an infant and 3 year old. The property was spotless and well appointed. Check-in was a breeze and John was a pleasure to communicate with. Beautiful backyard with a large pool. Overall an amazing stay and would highly recommend!

Backyard paradise

The backyard was spectacular. The HUGE outdoor sofa was a big hit. It's also partially covered by a huge tree providing shade and a tree swing that our daughter loved. The landscaping and lawn maintenance is 10/10 perfection. The pool could use a hot tub, but we knew that going in and paid the extra fee to warm the pool beyond 80. Our group loved the vibe and decor of the home. The office/TV room is separated from the kitchen with an exterior rated door so it's relatively soundproof. This was a great space to hang out when the kids were sleeping. I was worried about the proximity to EH Airport, but there were only a handful of helicopters and planes coming in/out during the day. I never noticed it inside the house or at night. Overall, the house and host were spectacular. If I'm being picky, the lack of a shower in one of the king bedrooms upstairs bathroom would be the biggest issue. I'm sure it was listed in the description, but I missed the fact that one of the king bedrooms did not have a shower in the bathroom (only a tub).Overall, this is a great property. We'd definitely come back.

Fabulous weekend in Wainscott

We absolutely loved our stay at John's home! The backyard is incredible and the location is perfect- right near Sag Harbor and a quick drive to the town of East Hampton. John was super helpful with answering any questions we had during our stay. We couldn't recommend this rental enough!

Wonderful Week in Wainscott

My wife and I and our two sons, daughters-in-law, and three grandchildren (ages 3, almost 4 and 1) celebrated my wife’s “Birthday Week” as it is called and celebrated in our family at John’s amazing house between Sag Harbor and East Hampton. It was perfect! The house is set well-back from the road on a very large lot and, as a result, it was quiet and peaceful throughout our stay. The traffic in the Hamptons is a thing to behold, but we were able to duck into Sag Harbor and East Hampton without difficulty. The house has bedrooms on each of its three levels. That allowed our three family units to have spaces of their own when the need or desire arose. I’ve been using short term rentals on VRBO and the other big site for many years and I have never had a house that was better-provisioned than this one nor a host who was more responsive and accommodating than John. I emailed him a couple of questions shortly after our arrival and he responded very quickly FROM SPAIN where he and his wife were vacationing. One of the questions related to the baby gate for the stairs. John told me where he guessed the prior group had put it and I found it there, but the next day an Amazon driver showed up with a new one. IT WAS LIKE THAT.We particularly enjoyed the large backyard, heated pool, outdoor shower, outdoor kitchen and dining area and the huge outdoor sofa on a ground level teak deck.The house and its host far exceeded out expectations. I highly recommend both.

Beautiful home

John prepared the house beautifully for us upon our arrival. Everything was clean. Spacious open floor plan made the house perfect for our large group. The pool and backyard set up was a beautiful place for us to enjoy our weekend at.

Best Trip Best House

This property is the perfect vacation spot for a Hamptons visit. It’s location and proximity to sag harbor, east hampton and Bridgehampton is an amazing perk, but you could never leave the house and be extremely happy. My kids lived in the pool and on the giant swing and we all slept comfortably in the spacious bedrooms. John is a great host and so easy going and nice. 10/10 will revisit.

My family and I were in town for a wedding and greatly enjoyed staying at this home. We only wish we had more time. The pictures match exactly. We did have a bit of difficulty finding the key at first but once in we were fine. More than enough space for everybody to enjoy the home.

The perfect Christmas

We had the most wonderful stay- the house is incredibly clean and beautifully decorated it also has EVERYTHING you could ever need. The kitchen was a highlight for me as they had every utensil you could ever wish for which made cooking a real joy. We had the most perfect Christmas holiday and couldn’t rate the house more highly. Nice private getaway

This is a great property. Spacious post and beam style home with a neat mid-century modern decorating touch. Very well equipped with a beautiful yard and lovely landscaping. Terrific place to relax yet only a few minutes drive to Sag Harbor or a few more to East Hampton. Accessibility is great. The owner is , helpful, friendly and very responsive. Highly recommend.

John's home is beautiful. Very well taken care of home and landscaping. Beautiful mid-century furniture, pottery and modern art. A unique home with beautiful wood beams and open-space, loft-like ground floor. We really enjoyed using the fireplace. And John was very friendly and helpful.

Hamptons Holiday

From the moment we arrived at the house, John was friendly, engaging, laid back and helpful. He clearly trusts his renters – and he went well beyond the usual assistance to make sure our experience with the house was a great one. And yes, it was a great one! The décor in the house is exceptional, the layout is amazing for entertaining, the outdoor space perfect for guests of all ages, and the kitchen amenities (both inside and out) made for great nights of cooking. We couldn’t have asked for a better host or house for our family vacation, and we would absolutely return if John will have us back.

Fantastic family gathering place

We spent a wonderful Thanksgiving week here. The house is beautiful, immaculately decorated and cared for. We comfortably had 9 family members (including 2 kids) in the house. The home is set back from the road, creating quiet and privacy and the back yard is spacious and lovely. The location is central to a number of surrounding towns. John and Nathalie were extremely responsive and focused on us enjoying our stay. Highly recommended!
