This newly built modern 4,000 square foot home is the ultimate family 5BR/5BA
vacation home.
Unwind from the grind in this modern zen dream house.
Set on 3.0 private acres and equidistant to Sag Harbor & East Hampton Village, this home rests on a secluded location adjacent to 26 preserve acres.
This bright and open floor plan is ideal for family time.
The gorgeous kitchen features a freestanding island, custom cabinetry, Creuset cookware and all new Thermador appliances.
Just off the kitchen is the large dining and family room with a gas fireplace for those cool nights.
The entire first level boasts floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that lead out onto the massive bluestone patio.
The expansive bi-level yard features a 40 foot heated gunite pool enveloped by a sprawling lush green lawn.

Our family was all invited to a wedding in East Hampton. This property worked out perfectly for us. It was luxurious, well designed, and clean. The location is great as it is about equal distance between Sag Harbor and East Hampton.

We loved staying at this lovely home!!! The house is off the beaten path and tucked away in the woods! The house is beautifully appointed with comfy beds, towels and sofas! Great art and amazing back yard with pool and awesome grill area. Highly recommend!!

Even more beautiful than the pictures

There is so much attention given to details in this house. The design is modern, clean, and artful and you can be sure that anything you need for a comfortable vacation can be found somewhere on the property. John was also very responsive while fully respecting our privacy. We will definitely visit again in the near future.

Beautiful Home!

We had an amazing stay at the house! It was exceptionally clean and beautifully designed and decorated. The large windows on the first floor are stunning and make the already spacious area even more open- we loved hanging out down there. The location is private, peaceful, and just a quick drive to Sag Harbor! John was very helpful and attentive during our stay. We would love to rent this house again! Thanks John

Great Property

We had an unforgettable Labor Day weekend at John's beautiful home in Sag Harbor! The location was absolutely perfect—nestled in a serene, tree-lined street just a short stroll from the picturesque harbor and charming village shops and restaurants. It was the ideal balance of peaceful seclusion and easy access to everything Sag Harbor has to offer. One of the highlights was the backyard oasis—perfect for morning coffee, evening cocktails, or just lounging in the sun Overall, this was the perfect spot for a relaxing and memorable holiday weekend. We highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in Sag Harbor.

As good as it gets!

This light-filled house was absolutely fabulous — the perfect setting for a family getaway but would be equally perfect for couples/friends as well. Gorgeous grounds, spacious outdoor seating and excellent outdoor dining and grilling area. The house and kitchen was fully stocked with almost everything you could want/need. Great living spaces and comfortable and beautifully appointed bedrooms. Love the modern vibe! Would love to go back!

True Heaven

The only problem was that our stay was too short. Everything about this property from location and logistics to stunning comfort and design was beyond perfect (if such a thing exists). But please don't book it though--I need it to be available for when we return. We would move in forever if the option existed. Thank you for a wonderful getaway, John!

Fall in Hamptons

Rented this property for a week in mid-October and had a very nice stay. The house as you can see is very modern and had similar aesthetics that my wife and I like. There was plenty of space for the 5 adults in my family. Amenities were very good with every kitchen appliance imaginable it seemed. We cooked several meals there. Location is great too. Very central in the Hamptons. Every town was about 10-20 mins away. Highly recommend the house!

Hamptons Holiday

From the moment we arrived at the house, John was friendly, engaging, laid back and helpful. He clearly trusts his renters – and he went well beyond the usual assistance to make sure our experience with the house was a great one. And yes, it was a great one! The décor in the house is exceptional, the layout is amazing for entertaining, the outdoor space perfect for guests of all ages, and the kitchen amenities (both inside and out) made for great nights of cooking. We couldn’t have asked for a better host or house for our family vacation, and we would absolutely return if John will have us back.

Beautiful house with incredible host.

We had a wonderful stay in this wonderful home. The house is clean and new and very tastefully decorated with fun artwork. The outdoor space is great. We used the outdoor kitchen area and living area all the time. The location is perfect. Five minutes to sag and less than ten to east and 12 to bridgehampton. It’s easy to get everywhere since you don’t have to be on no montauk highway. John our host was so attentive and eager to make our stay perfect. I cannot say enough about him. We loved the new beach equipment that was provided. Thank you John.

Terrific home and stay

Gorgeous, clean, spacious house with windows that make you feel like you're in the woods throughout each room in the house. And a great location, just minutes to Sag Harbor town. John was especially great, made the experience that much smoother and better - thank you for being so awesome, John! We really enjoyed our stay and would easily return again.

Two week family reunion

My family had an absolutely glorious time at this property. The layout is perfect for two families each with two children and a pair of grandparents. Perfectly appointed, clean, beautiful location, and all the little extras that made this wonderful beach vacation. The property manager was very responsive and friendly.

Beautiful modern home perfect for hosting

Booked this property for my girlfriends birthday weekend and we had an absolute blast. Every room is very spacious and the shared spaces are perfect for groups. Indoor and outdoor kitchen were essential for us and made her birthday dinner. Pool and outdoor shower are also spot on. Would def stay here again. Also host, John, is very attentive and responds to any issues in a matter of minutes.
